It was about 5 years ago that this was at 0.25 and I would suggest that there were a lot less shares in circulation then.

As a long term investor I am genuinely puzzled how you can say there is no long term news on the horizon? I mean, really?

Its definitely a bit weird to be a supposed long term investor and yet think its a pump and dump scheme when the share price hits a mere 0.25p.

If this has been a pump and dump for the last 5 years its got to be one of the least successful examples ever.

As in you are suggesting that the statements about the permit being granted or the level of product on the site are not genuine?

So how is Mcap arrived at? I mean. I know its the total value of all the shares in issue but how does the market decide that? Is it just the market that sets it based on perceived value or is there some good calculation?

I would suggest that a company with an operation that pretty much guarantees annual profits of £20m+ for the next 27 years, as well as having other interests, should have quite a high cap. Certainly it should be way in excess of one years annual profit?

I think I would be a little disappointed. With how much is in the ground, selling price, cost to get it etc.

Isn't that where the 70% comes in then? That gets added back because the risk of it not happening is gone?

Where do you get from that note that it says the upside is £80m?

So what do we think £1.6bn of minerals, obviously that's not all profit, does to the market cap of this company once we have deals in place to sell it?

Splatted, 0.5p would give the company a market cap of about £18m. That really isn't very much once they have orders for millions of tons of minerals.

I am being offered 0.216 if I do a dummy sale.
