I am always fascinated about how the SP reacts to things like this. You would think it should shoot up immediately but it sort of bounces around, I support whilst some people trade out and take a quick profit?

They really are when you consider the current mcap.

And yes Aviator over on advfn I know that those aren't the profit figures but simple revenue for a business with £9m mcap its massively transformative.

We just need to find the most cost effective way to get it out of the ground.

I don't know why people are excited for this week, it will continue to slowly fall in my opinion until next week at least.

The placing has killed this SP in the short term and there will be no news this week and even next week I am not sure whether the air permit will mean anything as its nailed on.

We need Commercial news to move this now.

As long as they have a decent plan for operations that isn't based around mass dilution then its good times to come. I am sure they won't be looking for mass dilution as the board are as reliant on the SP going up to get returns as we are.

The main permit that was granted at the end of July had a 30 day appeal window. This time has passed but we haven't had anything confirmed to say there were no appeals.

Thats what people are waiting for I believe.

The air quality permit then has an appeal window to September 11th.

Is anyone else a little concerned that it's still showing as in progress a few days after the deadline has passed?

They could be a little slow updating I suppose?
