Another Dr Ronjon Nag19 Feb 2026 11:20
There’s an interesting parallel developing here that I don’t think the market is fully appreciating yet.
When you look back at Dukemount (DKE) and the evolution into capAI, one of the defining features was the playbook — a strategic repositioning, a credible narrative shift, and the introduction of recognised figureheads to front the story and build market confidence. The arrival of Dr Ronjon Nag was a turning point in perception and momentum, helping transform what was once viewed as a dormant shell into a speculative growth narrative that ultimately delivered a significant rerating.
Fast forward to Ethernity and you can see echoes of that same approach beginning to form.
Richard Edwards has been here before. He understands the AIM ecosystem, he understands narrative-driven rerates, and he understands how introducing credible strategic leadership can change both sentiment and valuation. The market may currently be focused on placings, warrants and short-term noise, but the bigger picture could be the repositioning phase that often precedes a more meaningful move.
It wouldn’t be surprising to see another recognised industry figure step into a visible strategic role at some point — not necessarily a direct replica of the Ronjon Nag situation, but something similar in spirit. AIM history shows that strong figureheads can act as catalysts for credibility, partnerships and ultimately investor interest.
The key takeaway for me is this:
this doesn’t look like a random AIM story — it looks like a familiar playbook being executed again, albeit in a different sector and at a different stage of the cycle.
If that analogy holds, the current period could represent the quiet groundwork phase before narrative and momentum align.
As always, AIM is volatile and nothing is guaranteed — but history often rhymes, and this one feels like it might be worth watching closely.
