I have a significant number of these parked in my SIPP, average less than JW’s recent buys. If it hits £4 I never have to make a pension contribution again.
I’m 38 so have 19 years to wait for the SP to reach that kind of level.
Between JW and Arun Raman they’ll earn 10% of the current issued share capital. JW’s LTIP makes provision for 5.25% of the company part of which is earned if the SP reaches £1 for a period of 60 days.
Assume it all comes off, and all the LTIP criteria are met, JW will earn 9.1m shares in addition to the 900k he already owns. Then assume a SP of £4. Wow.
'All about the long term not the day to day Wayne!'
Echo that sentiment entirely. There are two bits of info that stand out for me:

I have 270,000 of these in my SIPP. I have 19 years until I can get at the funds. I'm have the time to wait for this to become a 250 company. I can wait for the SP to be £4. I'm not here to trade. I'm here for the long term. Chill out man, it's Friday.
Peace out.
