So, clearly the directors didn't think high 40s, or mid 40s or even low 40s were slam dunk buys, so exactly at what SP will directors, who have a vested interest and ability to steer the direction of this company, consider the SP too good to miss out on. ?

It's not like they can cry poverty as they have all that juicy money sitting there since Mar when they vested their really really cheaply acquired options for 90p+

...I think you are in a minority of people on here who had a significant position prior to covid, virtually nobody bought for some food tolerance tests or whatever, 95% of PIs are here because of "the great ODX covid opportunity" (I've secured the movie rights).

that FDA PR is somehwat good news for Mologic, as it should push them a bit further towards the front of the queue. However post gates/soros purchase and transformation into a social enterprise, we have no idea if Mologic/GAD see the US as a priority market for them, and what impact that has on their response times to any FDA requests for further info.

Also as Capt has pointed out, as the months and months go by, odx is getting further behind the curve, odx awaits US prof use approval, when the world wants self-test use, and most of the tests in the last 2 months getting FDA EUA approval are self-test products. And given that ODX has independently sought self-test approval in the EU, does that suggest that independent of Mologic, ODX will have to seeking self-test approval themselves in the USA for home use.

And speakink of respecting the data, assuming that some day in the future ODX does supply every single one of those month by month, it equates to around 2.5% of odx's theoretical capacity.

So ODX needs to fully supply DAM and another 39 similar size deals to sell their monthly capacity. The DAM deal is the only ODX announced order for any LFT product in over 12 months.

Yes, in relation to what they say regarding the ABC test.

In July, ODX reported before ABDX. In the post results video CK, could not have been cleared that they were on the cusp of getting sales actually "significant orders" from 3 countries, just waiting to sign-off on final certification. A month later ABDX said "The Company has not seen significant commercial traction with the AbC-19(TM) product to date but remains encouraged by the ongoing discussions in various overseas territories as well as the potential development of a consumer market, both within the UK and internationally, with the general public wanting to know their antibody status."

So the lead RTC member was seeing encouraging signs, where as CK was says orders where just around the corner.

This time round ABDX is reporting before ODX.

I'm saying I walk past it every day and there isn't a person about it. They clearly have decided this is a place that really needs a testing centre, but then again Morrisons decided this was a place that really needed a store, and they closed, greggs decided they needed a place, and it lasted 5 months...business do get it wrong you know.
