Rainbow Rare Earths Phalaborwa project shaping up to be one of the lowest cost producers globally. Watch the video here.
Actually the CTDA, having not approved a single UK made test, is working out rather useful for HMG as they can point to them as the reason why they have not been selected for HMG use, they aren't approve....its quite by chance of course.
Reminds me of Porton down, a government funded agency not approving the Mologic LFT test, which was a requirement that the DHSC (another government agency) stipulated in the £50M+ contract......just bad luck I guess.
Reminds me of the DHSC not requesting home use approval for the antibody test, without which the MHRA could not consider it for home-use approval. And of course the terms of the contract was that the government could get out of it if there was no MHRA home approval by the 31st dec. So basically one section of the government put a term in the contract that required another section of the government to give the go ahead for....it was a complete co-incidence.
Personally I wonder why someone who posts daily has not once posted any research or informed discourse on ODX in her entire posting history, but rather it is 100% composed of commenting on others, and lets's say, not exactly known for being Ms Chirpy.
"Can you explain to us how you plucked out this calculation of the sp valuations?!"
And yet Hasiba was notably silent when the original poster stated as fact that the non-covid valuation was in the 40s, without back it up.
I''d love either person to tell me how they reached their 10p or 40s valuation.
"Why not just move on ?? I have !! "
He says, on the forum that he's attesting to have moved on from !!!
"Given up with this site also long ago but one of my life changes this year is to not engage with pointless online squabbles / abuse."
Ahhh...the end of the "you are also on zeee list", for those that don't know djframboise frequently posted a list of names on here that he advised people to block, regularly abusing them. And now I see he has left here because of abuse...that seems to be a common excuse for those that did the abusing.
I note he is now calling the ODX a "dog", I'm guessing he's just added his own name to "zee list".
2I don't think we will get a placing - as colin would know that there would be calls for him to go from most shareholders."
Colin is entirely immune to shareholder feeling, it has no practical impact on him. Institutional shareholders could affect change by getting brokers to write notes, or simply threatening to sell their shares, or put co-ordinated action of some sort into place, based on holding £Millions of shares. But there aren't any Institutional holders. Private holders jumping up and down has no impact on him, no matter how many do it.
Less than a week later, around 15p to buy, and still the directors show no moral integrity or indeed confidence that this is a definite buy at this price.
I don't want an update on DAM at this time, because we know at best what it will say. No usage in the UK, so no renewal of UK orders. Some usage in Spain. Can't be used in Mexico as visitect has no approval, and the agreement is EU only. At worst it might tell us that DAM has disengaged from ODX for the UK market in line with some stipulation in the contract about approval before such and such date. So if we already know the best possible news, and don't know the possible negative news, a DAM news release isn't helpful at this time.
The news ODX needs as a priority is CTDA approval.
"Thatcher don’t need to explain to you . Can you read ? If so look at year end results"
interpreted...I have no idea where the value in the 40s came from, but it seems a really nice figure based on todays share price, so I kinda like it.
LOL
"Value excluding covid is in the 40s."
Care to explain your workings ?
"Odx advertising recently for staff."
ODX advertised and hired staff for most of 2021. Therefore advertising for staff is clearly not an indication of a +ve change in fortunes.
"DAM chief visits Alva last week."
And ?....he visited...that is the entire factual content you can take from that.
"Revenues increase for non covid products as given at year end."
Ok
"This will sink everyday until some news or forward statement is given."
The last official forward looking statement regarding finances was:-
"Overall, we expect to see an improved sales performance across the Group for the full year and to see losses reduced in the second half."
They still expect the 6 months to March 2022 to be a loss, just less of a loss than the first 6 months.
And therein lies the problem, you need a CEO that plans for and designs options and different paths to success, based on the fact that once or more avenues may not work out due to things unknown. In my opinion, This is a CEO that signed the HMG gov contract and sat back with a "job done" grin.
don't panic, everything is fine with the DAM contract, afterall CK himself (and he always tells it like it is) told us that the fact that the visitect test was not approved in the UK was going to have no impact at all on the DAM contract.
"This new legislation is not expected to cause a delay in the supply of Omega's VISITECT(R) professional-use COVID-19 Antigen test to DAM Health clinics in the UK under the agreement announced on 1 November 2021. "
So either the contract was never going to deliver to DAM in the UK before end of Jan, or there is a stipulation in the contract that means DAM has a get out clause if the test is prohibited for use in the UK. Either of those two scenarios allows the "not expected to cause a delay in the supply" statement to be said with a straight face.
We factually know that ODX loves a contract that ties them up, but leaves the other side free to exit at any time.
Clearly if that statement is no long true, i.e. that it has now caused a delay in the supply to DAM, ODX needs to inform shareholders, as that would go against the last expressed information.
"Given the last 18m if Colin goes mute it's because there's bad news "
6 months ago, silence was interpreted by many on here to mean they were on the cusp of announcing something terribly big.
How times change.
"As a result, it was necessary to fully utilise the supply of LFTs available under tender C40441 and then increase the volume of LFTs available under that tender to 713,500,000. "
"No further tender process was required to implement this modification"
They got the award of an additional 113M lfts without having to tender, at an increased price. Its hard to know for sure but one interpretation is that the the 713M units cost £322M. Another interpretation is that the (unspecified) remainder of the 600M original tender, plus the 113M extra units, was £322M.
713M lfts from Innova since August, who knows how many Orient Gene/ Flowflex. UK was never going to be able to provide the volumes required, so if you are buying 1B+ tests from 2 companies in China in a 6 month period, why go to all the hassle of buying 50M from a UK company at more cost and now you have another variation to deal with.
ODX never stood a chance.
"because I know why he is here"
To screw everyone as long as it benefits him ?
"u have been deramping since price was 100. "
Been calling out ramps and blatant lies all along by those on here. Unfortunately I was not in a position to call out the incompetence of the company itself, I wasn't prepared for just how abjectly unprofessional and unbusiness like ODX has turned out to be. When they said 2M a week in April, one assumed that meant nothing could stop 2M a week in April. As it transpires, when they said it, they had no test to make, and no committment that the test would pass, and no orders from the gov. In fact it was a million miles away from 2M per week in April being delivered.
When they said in July substantial orders in 3 countries for antibody LFT short term I assume it meant they had a clear path to those orders and that the certification was all but done. We are now approaching mid-Jan 2022. Not a peep about antibody orders, in fact since then they have done a complete about-turn and pretty much written off the entire Covid opportunity.
silles "why are you here ?"
The question why are you questioning why I'm here, and not calling out Rampy MyRegulator assessing that an ODX facility appeared to be very busy, on no more basis than he was "in the area"
In answer to Mathersfinger, yes ODX still has the Littleport facility. And it appeared, last time I was in the area, to be very busy indeed.
Rampy McRegulator at his subtle ramping again. this time wants you to believe that that someone can judge how busy a facility is by looking at it from the outside.
This is back to the "how many cars are in the carpark" "oh look a lorry", "Hey a box with sovereign written on it", crap, which not once did Rampy McRegulator call out...in fact he just joined in.
That's where some of them will be this time next week, not a bad gig, just back from 2 weeks off over christmas, straight to warm sunny Dubai for a 3 day jolly up.
"Virus circulating at the time of the study were only the wild type in Brazil and in Germany primarily wild type and alpha only in the first months of 2021, when Fujirebio and Mologic were evaluated"
The timing above Indicates that the mologic test being used was the first gen test, not the covios test which like the ODX and many others uses a pre-filled buffer vial.
oh look its AnthonyW, he of the "how many shares do you hold and at what price" mantra, that really served him well.
