But they do need it, otherwise the doors will close as they will have no money to pay the workers. even 100 employees at 20K a year 167K a month just in wages, and thats just one overhead. Not a bit of wonder that they are keen to take whatever tiny bit of work OG throws at them.

Wasn't CK raking in 200K a year alone in wages (17K a month), I assume the new CEO hasn't taken a wage drop.

The point is "immediate" and "short term" and not definitive timeframes.

I see almost laughably, Oke is now hammering home the point that ODX is burning cash, having argued repeatedly with me all last week that there was no evidence they were operating cash negative !

That clearly and unabiguously states that the company WILL do a fundraise, the only reason they won't do it now is if there is no appetite for ODX shares.

3) Anyone that has failed to listen when I said words in these RNSs are important, just look at the words that preceed the above words "Accordingly, there is no immediate need to raise additional capital ". On their own, many would use that to say the company has just said they will not fund raise, just like the wording 12 days ago that said "there is no short term need to raise additional capital" When they said that, they were clearly planning, and have since implemented discussions for exactly what they stated they did not need in the short term.

ODX said the gov was required to give them a test to make, the Gov said they had no obligation. Unsurprisingly, the gov did not give ODX a test. The GOV also wrote this entire contract, and ODX was only too happy to sign it, no matter what it said.

However, clearly you have some inside track on this whole thing, you obviously wouldn't just be stated unsubstantiated opinion as fact.

MY experience of commerical courts is that they take ages, the lawyers are always the big winners, and they cost an absolute fortune, money that ODX cannot afford to spend.

That's not right. At the last investor call, the new CFO told us that the 2.5M was written down in the annual accounts, and was required to be paid back.

The 1/2 year statement said:-d
"This cash contribution has been held on the balance sheet and was to be released to revenue in line with shipments to the DHSC"

The implication being, no shipments no pay back.

Additionally in an RNS on the 10/12 the company said:-
"having taken initial legal advice, do not believe that the Company is required to repay the pre-production payment and will respond in writing as requested."

Now I feel what this gov wants this gov gets, however at no time has ODX said that the money had to be unconditionally paid back.

It was not referred to as a grant, it was referred to as a prepayment, implying it was a payment for goods in advance of the goods. Stating as a fact that it was a grant, is not factual correct.

This list of facts isn't a list of facts, and that's a fact.

What they didn't see was DAM not being able to use a single ODX test in the UK since the day the agreement was signed. Surely even the most irrational person can see that they aren't going to order more in a scenario where they have been unable to use them in the UK, where 95%+ of their outlets are.
