Not the slightest bit of incongruence, the 3 days refers to your existence on the ODX discussion forum, your first post was on Monday, even though you've been a member of LSE since late 2020. So not a peep out of you on ODX in well over a year,until Mon.
I have no idea, nor do I really care, what you investment position in ODX is

"ODX interest" in terms of how long it is since you first appeared on this ODX discussion group. I don't see any postings from you before 31st Jan even though you have approx 2800 total posts and been posting in other forums since late 2020.
And a couple of days after you pop up, you are forming an action group.

How come not a single ODX posting prior to Mon ?

Mologic is doing the submission for both names of the test. We have heard nothing about whether ODX is contributing to said costs.

Exactly, some "johnny-come-latelys" are promoting this as news....even kate knows it isn't news. And whereas in July 2021 getting prof potentially use in a couple of months when the world still had another lock-down ahead of it and Delta was still doing its thing and still had Omicron to see, being still waiting 2022, this news is now 'olds'

Whilst we wait for prof use that perhaps addresses 1% of the total addressable market for covid LFTs, a further 6 tests got HOME EUA in the USA in Jan alone, addressing 100% of the market.

I had forgotten about the "We understand additional US trial data is required in support of this submission and that this is in process."

But this won't be usability stuff, and one *assumes* Mologic is arranging and paying for this. Mind you, we don't actually have any details regarding who is paying for what in relation to the FDA prof use submission. Without knowing the relationship, looking from a purely commerical view point, it is reasonable to consider that although Mologic is handling the FDA application, ODX may be contributing financially towards it

We also don't know whether Mologic's emphasis on USA certification has changed, given they are no longer a private concern but now part of a social enterprises. Maybe access to a 1st world country like the USA is no longer as much of a priority.

Like some many things regarding ODX, it is a case of "don't know"

You are asking this and you are heading up the "action group" ?

ODX RNS at the time stated that Mologic has applied for it under both brand names.

Mind you I suppose it you are going to be the self-proclaimed promoter of an action group, those joining might reasonably have a right to know what your ODX exposure actually is.

Oke the "ease of use" trials was for self test approval in UK/EUA. Nothing to do with prof use. The whole point of prof use is that it is used either by a professional clinician or someone that has been specifically trained to do the test.

The Ulster trials were to see how easy joe bloggs found it.

If you take all the lateral flow tests administered in the last 12 months in the UK, and do a percentage of self use V prof/supervised use, i'd guess it would be 99%+

So the addressable market of a pro use Covid LFT might be around 1% of the overall covid LFT market.

There are scores of tests in the USA that already have EUA certification in the US for home or just prof use. Remember anything that is cert for home/self use can also be used in a prof environment.

I would not expect a Mologic test getting passed for pro use in the US to materially impact on the ODX SP, given that ODX "visitect" brand is a generic equivalent of the mologic one, and therefore would be competing against it solely on price and nothing else. And both would be competing against those scores of tests that have already been selected by the various states and private medical companies for many months already.

Here comes rampy McRegulator, too busy booking holidays and being gold leader in his own house to post any coherent thoughts on the recent ODX issue, but quick as lightning to get a dig in. He's told us he doesn't often look at this board, and yet quick as a shot, within 15 mins of my name being raised, there he is with a posting :)

Having had my "agenda" questioned merely for pointing out how two-dimensional your "3 point list we can all rally around" is, it appears you don't agree with your own statement that we are all allowed an opinion, or perhaps only it it ties it with yours.

I'm giving consideration to forming an "action group against the ODX action group" group, cause all I'm hearing so far is that they are likely to make a fool of themselves and further hurt the SP when someone who can be bothered does a story on them.

and now we have these "johnny come latelys" that are talking about demanding a copy of the gov contract, when it's been available literally for the last year plus in the public domain.

perhaps you have overlooked it, but don't assume others have, it's been discussed to death, on multiple occasions although I'll agree not in the last 3 days, which appears to be the longevity of your ODX interest.

I'm guessing of those that are regulars on here, at £40K+ down I have lost more than most (but not all). So don't question my "agenda"

As opposed to some guy thats rocks up suddenly out of virtual nowhere, proporting to have a history in action groups (I'll leave that to the reader to determine what that implies), and expects people to hand over personal details on a website before seeing the rest of the questions/surveys, and without a single mention of how that personal data will be stored/access/protected.
