notes today's online speculation and confirms that it has conditional investor support for an equity fundraising at 5p per share and that it is considering undertaking a share placing to raise approximately £5m with an accompanying open offer to raise up to a further £2m.

Note, they did not say may not proceed at all.

What do you mean, they already confirmed just last week that they are in discussions and that there will be a placing, either now or when conditions are more favourable. What more confirmation do you need.

The next RNS is this regard will either be, "we have concluded discussions and we've decided not to do a placing", or it'll be details of the placing. Given sharephophets track record, and what the SP is doing right now, one needs to make a judgement on the probabilities of those outcomes.

Apparently there are several companies in the same situation. Walbrook have implied that no one knows what the situation is on the 10th, with a suggestion that perhaps the study requirement might be dropped.

He was telling people that if they were worried about the results day they were crazy. He said the DHSC deal would definitely still be there. The following day ODX basically told shareholders the covid dream was over, they were downsizing, the contract was dead.

He made unsubstantiated claims for what would happen the next day as it they were factually definite, that he had zero evidence to support, as proved 24 hrs later.

That is ramping. And its just one glaring example that is easily pointed to with undoubted evidence to confirm it.

It seems to be just a think, there are a few sets of rose tinted glasses that do the round, some wear them for months, then disappear, only to be replaced with someone else who has borrowed them.

We've had some really dandies linke BigJock, Merchantbanker, Trickmatters, etc. Marik is just the latest. Funny thing is, his unsubstantiated ramping is really obvious, its not like he's muddling the waters with well thought out (but wrong), arguments.

Case it point, he is arguing that someone will pay £275M for a company whose capitialiation is less than £20M. If that does not get his happy brigade thinking about the other "arguments" he is making nothing will. I do always try to call out the bullsh*t when I see it, but frankly this guy has gone down the well trodden path that has been defined by Trump, and latterly Boris, just sow endless chaos and say the most wildest thing possible. "imminent = long term" for example.

Boris did well with his JimmyS accusation, straight out of the Trump playbook, lob in an absolute grenade with no merit, that'll change the narrative, who the hell is worried about parties in his house now, when everyone is talking about the lack of merit of the accusation. Then move onto the next one.

In that regard the Market is aligned with shareholders who have had jarsfull of Jam tomorrow disappear. AS has been said elsewhere, with a licence in the EU for both selftest and pro-use, and on the EU list of eligible tests for selection by governments, lets see what contracts ODX can now sign.

Did you even bother following the link that the paragraph referenced ? It links to an article from December 2020 that has just about every country mentioned as banning travellers from the UK, including france etc etc.

What is it with this selective fear mongering and people seeing a paragraph and treating it as gospel ?
