A lot of us I’m sure have tried running their own business. Budgeting and cash flow are priorities, together with preparing for all contingencies and emergencies should they arise. Not shuttling your eyes and hoping it will all go away, which I’m sure that’s why AM employed a finance guy on £400k.
I’m in finance and would have done a better job on a fraction of that.
