If this large legal bill paid in shares 3 weeks ago is for getting the deal over the line, then where’s the deal, where’s the announcement?
They are a solicitor not an investment house.
I would expect them to be selling asap, if they haven’t already been doing so.

I’m with Stas, how does a company accumulate legal fees which equate to 10% of the company!
These shares issued were 3 weeks ago, suggesting what ever the work was in relation to has now been completed, hence the payment in shares.
As no JV announced, maybe it was for the bond bailout.

that is utter cobblers.
It's not a case of hindsight, it's a case of financial acumen. In fact not even acumen, proper planning and budgeting.
I work in finance, it's simple cost budgeting, doing this on a monthly basis, ensuring there is enough working capital to cover any instances. A placing could have easily been arranged if the alarm bells were ringing.

If he had chosen a placing when it was apparent we were in a financial pickle (SP was 16p), the SP would now likely be in double figures, with normal trading and not stuck at 5p for the foreseeable future.
This bond financing may keep the lights on, but is a disaster for the SP and investor confidence.
We need the cavalry coming over the hill, in the shape of the JV, this will propel the SP back to and beyond previous levels.
So AM get out from under the table, no inane comments, but a detailed professional update.
