However, without a detailed plan and explanation to shareholders then it has to be a vote NO.
The self awarded pay increases require an explanation, as it stands it is a reward for failure.

It’s all been said before, but I really do believe that the JV is pretty close to being announced.Hopefully on good terms for us, with a decent cash advance and initial drilling costs paid or at least a decent percentage paid for.

Yes they would, but it took 3 weeks for the market to find out that they were holding >5%.
So they could easily take that long to tell us they have now gone under the thresh hold.
