Liquidity is very low so when deal is signed off this could fly. Sounds rampy but it is true. I made a few notes last night but will go back and listen to make sure what he said was correct.

I took it as the plant would be ready but storage tank might not be so they are looking at renting a smaller alternative in the meanwhile.
