I hate to dwell on the past but the abandoned 3rd well you mentioned is one of the biggest reasons JP failed. We all knew the risks but were meant to have 3 fully funded rolls of the dice. The reality was the money was gone after TE10. It seems that long ago now I can't recall the figures for TE11, was it the M5 structure?

Over the last few years It's felt like any progress has always been hampered by something. Be it delays, tax issues, bonds, death spirals etc. But I do believe once these deals get signed & the LNG plant is completed there will finally be some momentum in the share price. I look forward to the TE4 spud RNS & hopefully in the future we can have a crack at the M5 structure.

It’s a strange mentality but you see it all the time. Someone takes a loss which breeds resentment then the person becomes obsessed with wanting said company to fail so they feel better about themselves.

There has been a vast amount of dilution since those days. 50p now would be circa £1 billion market cap. Personally I'm looking forward to 1st revenue so this company can really establish a base. Hopefully no more own goals before.

Yes but all that is irrelevant for shareholders. The share price is the only metric that matters.

One thing that must absolutely not happen is to draw down the second tranche.

Unfortunately all the recovery work over the last few years has been undone with this own goal. Surely Garry Dempster would have been the one to orchestrate this terrible deal but Graham would have signed off on it.

Graham has done some great things but he does need to answer for this. The only thing to slow it down is this..

“ No more than 20% of the initial principal of the Convertible Notes may be converted in any given calendar month.”

We need this deal to finalise to boost the share price sharpish.

From how I understand it when the lender converts the loan they receive the full 5 years interest (15%) which can be converted to current share price. So lower the share price the more shares they will receive.

I admit it's not my forte but it's explained in detail on share prophets (yes I know..)

The death spiral does need addressing/explaining by Graham because it does look like the 'investor' can keep driving the price lower to pocket more shares.

Kyle the 4.6p valuation note is for the next 12 months not 2-3 years. Also Calvalley would be funding the next drill so it would be safe to assume they'd want to crack on straight away.
