I'm going with the most logical reason. Clerical error from one of the shareholders. Not everything is a conspiracy & if the big shareholder was unhappy voting out Simon & David wouldn't achieve anything. Also once a vote is cast it's crazy to suggest Sound would attempt to have them change it before the count. It's literal vote rigging.

If that is the case it would explain why Calvalley are trying to take advantage. (assuming they are).

Once LNG is up and running & Sound is making good revenue, funding would be easier to achieve from the banks. The risk is higher going it alone but I'd rather do that at this point & bin Calvalley off. I'm sure they are trying to take advantage, hope Graham calls their bluff.

They have a new broker who is going to be doing new research notes as he mentioned in a previous Q&A. It will be interesting to see the difference.

I don’t see it like that. It sounds to me from listening to the last Q&A like Cavalley want something that isn’t in shareholders best interests & Graham is pushing back on it.

There’s many a director that would rolled over to Calvalley just to keep their own pay cheques coming in. Graham has my respect that he is doing what’s best for shareholders.
