Result of AGM The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held today all resolutions were duly passed.

Why haven't the BOD published the full detailed miniuts of the yesterdays AGM...!!!!! As the RNS are far from detailed enough. Surely they should by law publish details of it on STG's Webb site . Have just had a look around it without success . Any details would be very much Appreciated...

On the credit side re:-the last RNS, , stg's BOD do recognise the true potential of our 10%..(6.5%)of H.H. Involvement . China has drastically reduced its home coal production this year due to poor quality.. & have increased importation of quality coal for there power station That's the reason Why the world price of coal has greatly increased recently A vast majority of power plants in China are all coal fired.
