For gross unprofessional misconduct in handling this companies affairs to date . Which I'm sure all our grievances , will be upheld by an investigating tribunal .

Taking a step back & looking at this stg investment ,totally without any preconceived pre formed judgment Looking open minded from a third party's point of view . Hi, I clearly hear the points you are covering & take all of them onboard ,they are 100%valid . you are correct in your assumptions too a point ! ,no one is trying to contradict these very valid facts you have brought to our attention. But - But ! As F.K. has stated they have future options to purchase shares at a greatly reduced price written in to each of their contracts. Full stop!! They are most probably in a legal ally binding 'closed period' hence ,gbeing illegal to purchase shares on the open market due to access to inside information ,namely ,futures strategies for development of all three investments ( i.e. Coal,Gold &Horse Hill ) currently held Taking these into consideration I'm of the opinion that this is a relatively secure future investment . Baring in mind this is AIM Stock .which can &soften does become very volatile for unknown reasons. Due to manipulation by Unknown inside influences .. So rest assured most of us p.i.'s are currently in a negative Situation currently..

Why , be so pessimistic . Logically ,would Any sane person in the current position they ( Stg 's bod )find them selves in . All Due to actions / developments way beyond there actual management skills or control, Sell there unimagined future with such a huge potential ( ' cash cow' ) value , so,so, early in the Weald basins development. Hi, we all agree our bod do not Communicate via RNS or a MGM . Totally Un satisfactory (F.K. Even agrees with you on that score ) BUT . Current development events have now surpassed well beyond all our expectations . DOR have according to the latest report on pl235. Have a strong possibly of a larger oil find in their sector So . If we have apparently given a loan to them, then we may now also have an indirect interest in it. So, there's no need to get too frustrated with our bod ,as Current events are /have totally overtaken there lack of action/ communication with us . The situation is which they have by accident ,find themselves in is now beyond their control . Hopefully we are right in the middle of this jamboree which is taking place around us . So keep cool. Chill out. P.s. Even coal has doubled in price very recently ,due to the Chinese importing more for their power stations . Every Dark Cloud has a Silver-halo , so it seems here @ Stg..

Drilled by BP in 1987 under UK Production License PL 235, this Weald Basin well sits approximately 6 miles north west of Gatwick Airport, with an estimated total oil in place (‘OIP’) of 281.7 million bbls of oil per sector or per square mile inclusive of all reservoirs within the well. In comparison, Nutech’s previous reported OIP assessment of the nearby Horse Hill-1 well (HH-1), located approximately 4.5 miles from the Brockham play, reported a total of 158 million bbls OIP per square mile last year. This excluded the previously reported Upper Portland Sandstone oil discovery previously announced on 9 April 2015. The flow testing of the HH-1 well, as announce on 21 March 2016, reported a total aggregate stable dry oil flow rate of 1688 bpd from two of the three Kimmeridge Limestones and the Portland Sandstone. The pay zones successfully flow tested at HH-1 in February and March this year are similar to those seen in the Brockham-1 well.

Not forgetting Stg is an investment company . I doubt or expect the mine will ever reach any where near the production stage under the STG's banner. It would have been sold on , long before then,namely to a much larger established gold mining company . As the cost of setting up production logistics alone would cost a fortune . The time scale in which this will take place is anybody's guess. I.m.h.o.
