The company must have over £10m in the bank now. Leigh Creek cash due is another $1.7m then a further £4m on a royalty basis. Cobre churning out about £300,000 of cash per month.

So just take a quick look back 12 months -

1. Redmoor had no cash and was being supported from Cobre cashflows. Redmoor has £10m CASH. Interest rates climbing so funds on deposit could be generating £50k per month

2. Leigh Creek was valued at zero 12 months ago and was written down to Zero in the BS. We now have a $9m disposal pending and a 20% stake in a new listed vehicle.

3. Cobre sales are being maintained at top end of last years record sales.

We now have an institutional investor and an MRE within days.

Using Zeus formula below but replacing $650 with the live spot price of $2600 that’s exactly 4x uplift which takes fair value to 19.2p. Even applying a 50% discount we are still massively undervalued at c10p. Once in a generation investment and tungsten prices are here to stay. Dyor
