Should be getting confirmation tomorrow of whether the loan to Proger (15m Euros) has been repaid as the deadline for the money going in to the bank was last Friday. If so the cash in the bank dwarfs the mcap! Right now that's the simple, almost binary, play but there's obviously a lot more to the company regardless. I've been watching for a few months and jumped in last week.
New TR1 from Ashok Patel incoming. Moved to over 30mil.
The real close price was 27.5 but they put through an Uncrossing Trade at the end of the last auction at 31 so that's what will be taken as the final price. It's a trick by the MMs so that on Monday when it opens it will immediately look like it's gone down, making some panic and sell.
The problem is a trade to the value of £100k wouldn't just have executed at the time it shows. It will have been an order, maybe taking hours or days to fill and the price will be an average. The time is just when they load the outcome so that they adhere to market rules. So it's impossible to tell if it's a buy or a sell from the time stamp on such a trade. I think it will be a sell due to how the price has reacted over the last few trading days but that's just a guess.
He's in the telegram group
John M says he's bought another 2.5mil so another TR1 due (if he's finished buying!).
And in answer to the question about mcap - it's currently around £9m, not £2m.
Next few days will see it push on. More TR1s to come.
Sefton is by far the worst director of a company I've ever come across, and there's been a lot of very bad ones!! Everything he touches turns to brown stuff just after he walks away with a tonne of the cash. That account was always going to be short lived as he was calling out, by name, all the alleged crooks. Shame as it was funny (and quite accurate!!).
I would very much hope they are sells (pretty sure they are). If they are buys it wouldn’t make much sense and we need the sellers out otherwise this continue to drag back.
I don't disagree with you at all. A simple and achievable plan of action is in place and I expect this to be multiples of the current mcap by year end (with a big jump ahead over the next month) and to keep growing stronger and stronger. It's a very low risk play as it stands and you don't find many of them about these days, especially in this sector.
Whichever way you cut this up, we're looking at a big mcap company over the next 2 to 3 years. Could be in the £100's of millions just on what they've already got planned and it's robust against drops in oil prices too.
Check out RNS TR1 from 23/12/20. Canaccord had 107,047,185 shares. Trade reported late today (can be seen on Trades above) for 1,947,185. Check out those last 5 digits. A coincidence? I think not. Are they fully out now?
Read his posting history. When he posts on SENX he writes as if he's a Polish person writing English but when he writes on other shares it's totally different. I've just been laughing my head off!! The guy is clearly a loon.
The volume was 46m today (and then some more to show tomorrow). I think we sold more than 8m!! Don’t go off what you see on here, it’s a nonsense. This week we’ve sold more than has been bought and the volume has been quite good every day.
