There are various reasons the licence (which has been granted) hasn’t been announced. Just relax, we all know it’s done and it’s now a matter of time.

Not sure. Contrary to what was posted earlier, the first two payments are not in shares but full cash. Only the last payment (if they meet revenue targets) is in shares.
