Once the GOI pass back approval it will have to go via each companies lawyers and signatures added to the final contract. It isn't as simple as RNSing the second GOI approval comes through. It may take another day or 2 maybe. It depends on whether they do a holding RNS to say GOI approval granted or wait until all signatures added to contract so there's no ambiguity.

Incorrect. You only need to disclose short positions over 0.5%, of which there is only one disclosure. There could be 10 positions of 0.4% and you wouldn't see them. There are other shorts out there.

Company has approx £350m more assets than liabilities. All tax is covered. Debt fully serviceable from cash pile that continues to roll in. Absolute no brainer of a buy and hold.

The company has not only said they have put aside money for the tax liability (not $24m by the way), they have also said all debt due is easily serviceable from cash. Boring. Only going up is this one.

This will not go back up to £1.50 - £2 in a straight line. It will zig zag and some days drop back whilst people make money and come and go. The MMs will keep moving it up gradually, week by week, each taking a bit of profit along the way. The real winners will be those that buy and hold for a while. It's a no brainer but you just have to wait for the mechanics of the market to play through.

There are some desperately sad individuals trying to cost people a lot of profit. The guy who said it was going to 5p and definitely delisting is now trying new tricks that also make no sense. It goes to £1 and more. Just accept it and buy in Monday so you can make money too.

Someone doesn’t know the rules!! They don’t need to declare buys or sells to anyone as they held under 3%. This share is the biggest open goal on the market right now. It will be trading in the 50-70p range in weeks, probably less time.

Check out TOM TR1 from today to see how much the rules are followed! Month delay on that one. Also, if they are still selling they don't need to notify until they hit their target of sales.

Looks like a mis-communication had them confused. Between the RNS on 24th April and the one on the 16th June, Lombard reduced their holding from 74,913,591 to 74,308,479. But then you add on the 10,937,500 warrants and you get today's total of 85,245,979. So the breakdown in comms was around the reduction before the warrants got added. Lombard obviously expected one RNS to just show the new total but the company RNS'd the reduction pre-warrants by accident.

If they intended to sell early next week they wouldn’t have declared yet. Lots of investor relations next week and I suspect news will travel well over this weekend too. Good week ahead hopefully.

Lombard haven’t just reduced to make way for the warrants. The TR-1 shows they’ve sold the warrants plus a bit more. If you work out what they hold now versus the new total shares to be in circulation it adds up.

I might be wrong but that’s what numbers I work out.
