Sadly I doubt until IMO the churn is done we will not see much if any price rise. Yes we are due some news on many fronts and by either RNS or social media on the progress of certainly the development of the Mac2 site, any news on shipping mini MMU to Panama would also be nice for Sparkle, Utah ? , testing from anywhere with new blends etc and obviously Morocco on the tectonic plate of shift :) Any news from the company will surely lift the volume, increase the churn and then when complete IMO we will certainly have a rapid run to 8p and beyond. A day/week/month anyone can guess. Just as long as this trial starts which by the looks of it could be May then all will be well.

When the selling stops IMO this will quickly move back up to the 8p range from its previous climb. Question is how much more to be offloaded? Who knows, any solid form of RNS with progress will no doubt lift the volume, get the churn done and hopefully get things moving on. If it’s a really good RNS then that elusive double digit SP might just be round the corner. Everyday that passes is a day closer to our ship moving under MSAR , trials being done on MSAR, UTAH increasing its volume. Perhaps even new trials or tie ups announced. So much to look forward to IMO future looks bright.

Quite simply no one can predict the future unless they are in possession of a time machine or have knowledge of future events happening in time 🤣 share price could go up or even down. We have made our investment decisions based on what we believe will happen, it might not. Let's hope for our sake progress is actually delivered. People have given their money to the company (and lots of it and in excess of required) with the belief they will get a return on their investment. It's a super confident show of belief. Now is the time they must deliver and reward us for our patience.

Yes Whiskyman , we have got so much to look forward to, need to put this yet another hiccup past us (pleased for those who can take part). Get things moving Feb/March and then really hope we get our fuel delivered April-May. Certainly not holding my breath for timeline for Morocco and them announcing the trial start (who said they wouldn`t RNS it) but hopefully with the backing of just MSC then a Med refiner can be announced May-June and equipment set in motion. If anything comes sooner then I will be pleasantly surprised but now the money is soon to be in the bank (interesting to see the results later) we can not worry about that side IMO anymore at all. I wonder if any info has been slightly held back while the build is in place and I do hope that maybe some form of RNS progress update will be around next week. New guy in the mix, money in the bank, projects to be delivered, lets hope 2025 really is our year. Good luck all genuine holders. Lets hope that SP gets to double figures soon enough.

The Narcissist probably didn't have a holding on the day of the RNS so can't actually take part in the book build. Psychotic behavior not, needs some help and again I believe he is doing a disservice to the company. Report away

The retail offer IMO has not closed yet due I believe and all IMO that the company has made a mistake. A book build from open yes will close when £2m isade but on a first come first serve basis if there is a 1 in 53 allocation at the start unless there is an absolute mahossive take up, which when many brokers are not taking part is not actually going to happen then the £2m will not be reached. There will then be a made rush on close to then further book build until all excess are taken but will.some people miss out as I thought like for the brokers a book build was first come first serve. That's my impression anyway but as the company themselves have put the restrictions on and some brokers are not taking part then I really am intrigued as to how much they will raise. If not much then they really have not done this in the shareholders interest.

Can everyone take a few seconds and reports it's posts as abusive or misleading, I am sure if everyone did it we could have a few days of freedom. I have unfiltered just so I can report it.

Yep, that’s me done now. iWeb not interested so time to switch off and let it go. Not happy but time to move on and hopefully let this company deliver. Will keep an eye on the SP, I doubt the raise is going to be held long term so maybe there will be some sell off over the next few weeks. If it drifts towards 3p then I will just buy more. Hopefully though Qed can deliver, blast the volume, clean the ship out and lift the SP once again. Sorry again but 3p was way too low and we suffer yet again but let’s see what they can deliver over the next 6 months. Need a mental rest now, good luck all genuine holders.

I can see nothing in the RNS stating what return you can expect, it obviously depends on how many people put up cash. All I can see is that you have to be a shareholder, no amount specific, so for me if I have to spend some time to open a new account it will be time well spent if I can get 20k at 3p, even if I only got 1k it’s some extra shares at a great price. I however certainly am not thinking of selling any on the market trying to play it. Each to their own but I think there must be a way to get involved that might just take an hours work.

I am with IWeb and they are not taking part, however I also hold an account with IG and I believe they are on the list that are taking part. If no luck on Monday for a change to the book build then I guess I will try and use my ISA allowance in IG, there is no statement regarding amount of shares you own but IMO that you just have to be a shareholder. I don’t want to transfer my account but maybe I will just have to buy a few on the open market then put in for the rest on the book build! Have not got a clue how many they will give but I think they will take every penny they can as it can only help future growth and give options. Maybe we just need to set up an account with a provider of the building service?

Well sorry but I think it is true but we will never know. We are now an earning company just with the latest RNS , granted money next week but just a shame other projects couldn’t get advanced further down the line before this crunch time has arrived. I also believe the retail offer will be oversubscribed if Monday can deliver maybe another AGM moment and raise the temperature. If they draw 2mil from that then they really will be in a strong position for growth. Let’s hope Monday goes well. The rollercoaster is still going here at QED but the cash position has well and truly been hit out the park. Next 3 months are crucial for project delivery. Good luck team and hope Monday goes well.

My only concern for Morocco now is in ref to the equipment on site. I hope some redlines are be drawn in the sand as if we have plans for that current kit in the future then I don’t want it sat there doing nothing because they can’t make their mind up. I don’t know how movable and time scales for construction etc are for the mini MMU but I certainly want them in a place that wants to work with us rather than stringing us along at glacial pace. Hopefully maybe even a logistics update on where all bits of kit are and how progress will look at the Mac terminal and delivery estimates at Panama. Hopefully news over the next few weeks can enlighten us if it comes. Fingers crossed

Will be interesting 46G, I wouldn't want to see that amount of dilution unless it was directed at specific growth that would actually be actioned. Obviously depending on what results etc occur and other projects that might be drawn in. Also question is when do they raise and how many more projects may develop before the raise and what can they get the SP up to. Any premium raise will be fine for me with so much potential here.

Yep I am sure if you delve into the history of the companies that have done this, that the majority are under distress and it has not worked, ie share price still falls further. We here at QED have a fantastic year to look forward to IMO. It will not be on the agenda at all IMO. Only question for me at the moment is depending on how much potential growth is in the pipeline this year is how much will they want to raise. Also I hope that this is the last raise as well.

McRampCheque is just a plain old narcissist, very sad individual who really could do with a bit of help. Any true investor would not post as much unless basically he has own agenda of trading. I actually think he is doing a disservice to the company. The facts are all available out there for anyone to see. We will get there without it posting on a daily basis, but yes it maybe time for my first filter. Do yourself a favour and get out a bit more. Or just sell your few shares left and leave us alone.

Well said Wonga, usual ramping suspects on here going posting the usual must happen will happen, already happening. Timelines will change no doubt in various areas, contracts just like Utah can change, global events could change company business going forward. All we can do is sit back, wait and hope that whenever the major events happen it’s not when, but just that they do happen. We have waited long enough for these projects to come to fruition, let’s not rush things to suit a few day traders.
