No you are right Vince, it is too far down the line and a project that would need funding from somewhere to be complete. However it is another avenue to be explored further down the line, so in a way positive rather than negative.

I am really hoping for some solid news on the Morocco front before the end of next month and add that in to hopefully so test results from any Utah samples, but even Utah is outside of the companies control. Again no idea about what Cargill are up to, I do wonder if QED are happy with this choice now but only time will tell if it is the right one further down the line. Just how long can they drag this out for?

So please Morocco/Utah positive up next or one of the added extras on the subs bench. IMO Cargill are playing like the England football team!!!!

IMO it is Cargill that is the `holding up` issue. MSC IMO have everything ready to go, the purchase of the Leandra etc and the want and need to demonstrate a better direction for shipping. Cargill however have to deliver the feedstocks, bunkering etc. Who knows how many `other` companies they are dealing with to no doubt secure the best price or quality and quantity. Yes they are a major outfit and make lots of money so I doubt they will do anything quickly! Like I said I have given up on putting a time frame on this deal as it could be tomorrow or months away but little ole QED can do nothing about it.

Morocco does provide a lot of excitement, confirmation of the kit ready to test and hopefully (cough cough Cepsa) a refinery sorted should light the fire hopefully over the next few weeks or month.

Utah will be a long slow burner after hopefully a successful sample has been proved but the big moment will be when a fuel user has been found.

Lots to look forward to this year, throw in hopefully a few extras from outside the box and bingo, hopefully a company making a profit soon enough 👍😃

I could sell 2.3m at 2.3p now so there is some hunger for buying. Let’s hope for a little more interest over the next few months as hopefully Utah and Morocco develop. I have given up on waiting for either MSC or Cargill to pull their fingers out!

Its a rollover trade end of. FFS the ISA limit is 20k as well, what do you not see RampCheque! Give it a rest FFS until the next RNS comes out and if its huge got for it. The SP is where it is for all variables involved. Simple fact is that its best value will only be what someone is prepared to pay for it and that is what you see now. It doesn`t matter what anything else is worth, when QED deliver more hopefully in the months and years ahead then the SP will build accordingly.

I am more than happy no mention of BioMSAR in the agreement, let's just get a nice simple MSAR commercial agreement delivered and into operation. No need to make it more complicated with other feedstocks yet. Just supply of HFO and let's get money into the bank. Keep it simple

The trial is using locally available HFO, the commercial agreement will need as they say a bigger and more consistent supplier ie CEPSA etc. It's great news in my book, maybe not for the jam today brigade but it is progress and positive progress. Lots more to look forward to again.

It’s hopefully a case of they need us more than we need them as well. Not like Morocco or the slow boat MSC. After testing and a confirmed product it should be full speed ahead in the hunt for a consumer and then field development. The fact is that it can be sold for a premium and make the financials look very promising for all involved. Hopefully news on a tested product in the weeks/months ahead. No time to waste with this outfit, let’s hope the disrupters are well gone now and operations are given many green lights ahead.

Yes funny that traders on days/ month. Investors on months/years. Noise gets louder when they have called it wrong and they don’t get that trade done. Wash rinse repeat, boring at the best of times. They will no doubt get that next RNS in time as there is so much to look forward to this year on many fronts. Blocks will fall into place but it will take time. We can just expect the clown tag team to keep us entertained with their narrative while we wait.

Sadly that 1m seller could be part of the approx 119m that was issued in the pacing, with no TR1 RNS`s after the event they have obviously been spread about so hopefully not that much to churn through. It would help an awful lot if there was some major volume enhancing news that could speed up that process. Time is ticking, fingers crossed its soon, pretty please.

Well you are either a believer or not. Simples that there is a lot in the pipeline this year ahead but yes it needs progressing, can they do it. If you don’t think so then sell up and save your cash for the next big venture out there, what is the enormous potential that waits should they progress these projects, do you want to miss out? Well they have the funding and the direction so can they deliver, best to switch off for the summer, enjoy the weather and wait for the elusive RNS ping. Which cork will pop first :) Great interview IMO, we are looking at various different projects which yes (for us have taken far too long to deliver) but hopefully are about to advance to the all important commercial angle. We have the money in the bank and yes I was massively surprised but so pleased for UTAH (just about written it off) that once moving hopefully it will snowball. Morocco again another trial, yes please, get the fuel showing what it can do and if it delivers it gives more ammunition for a really good commercial deal to be delivered. The more the fuel is in action the better the media! Please oh please if any of the other outside projects advance then we really do not have to worry how the rest of this year will go. MSC/Cargill, I guess it will come at some point but lets be positive. A few months more of patience and lets see where we are, funding is done. Project delivery we wait for. Good times ahead IMO

Sadly though Pharaoh IMO a lot big business these days is a lot more risk averse. There are many more hoops to jump through, hurdles to leap over. If it ain’t broke then why try to fix it. We know the benefits both financial and environmental for MSAR, so if we have been doing this for years why are we not much further along. We do just need one break and IMO we certainly will be off to the races, let’s hope for all our sakes it this year.

Tbh my main concern is for the unfolding of current global events and issues that are changing nearly on a daily basis. Sadly I think an alternative fuel trial at the moment is well down the pile of issues that MSC maybe currently dealing with or will be depending on how the Middle East issues run their course. As much as the money may now be in the bank, I would hope while they wait for lawyers, signatures etc they would use some of this down time and search for maybe a smaller target that may have potential to be a quicker route to a commercial contract. Utah IMO is out of the frame and there IMO will be no quick path to Morocco so unless we see a sudden jump with progress for MSC and we just going to have to go back to sleep and let tumbleweed blow by. Global events will change things, and give excuses for can kicking, can the management be proactive and seek alternatives while we wait. I really hope MSC signatures are this month, otherwise my concern levels will certainly be increasing. Fingers crossed all.

I would hope progress (although little) is made every day, let’s hope it is positive. It could be via testing, talks etc but sadly I would say it’s anyone’s guess as to when the real action plans get put in place. Big business has become so resistant to change in the modern world IMO because no one wants again IMO to take risks or to put in extra graft and work when there is nothing wrong with the present time.we have been and no doubt will be always up against it with ‘huge’ companies that we are dealing with. Shame with hindsight maybe we could have got some smaller demonstration contracts for power etc up and running to promote our great potential. However this doesn’t take away the fact that when this does move forward it will be hopefully very rewarding in the future. We can just sit and wait and hope at some point those we are dealing with get as enthusiastic as we are and release the ‘good’ that these fuels can provide. At least we are guaranteed an RNS next week!

As QED are the minnow in a very very big ocean I am not going to even put any guess on a timeline for sign off. There for me are just too many variables going on with big company glacial speed daily movements and yes little old QED most definitely are trapped in the ever long list of things to do. All I am sure is that at some point they will get signed and we will get real things moving in action. Yes it is painfully slow waiting but what can they do. Yes guidance is poor but at the end of the day hopefully our patience will be well worth the wait. Lets just hope for a good take up on the offer, money in the bank and a bit of good news in the not too distant future! Not asking for much :) please!

Installation of the MMU can commence when the permits have been given to Mac, this IMO means they can install before getting the sign offs from MSC and Cargill for the costs. Without any permits we are not doing anything even if we have agreements delivered from MSC/Cargill

Not got my corporate action yet but I certainly will get my full allocation and ask for more please. Sadly I do not think any news will appear before the IMC (would love to be proved wrong) but at the end of the day the signatures are simply outside of the companies control. However we still are on the cusp of major developments and hopefully feet getting on the ground ready for the trial later this year. This Fundraise will get the monkey off the back of the company for a while but they still need to move forward and really deliver on what is promised . I look forward to Tuesday and wait in anticipation of good news and hopefully a decent RNS or multiples coming soon. There is plenty outside of MSC still kicking around. Good luck all

Well if you want a future mega project then you need some pretty big foundations laid out. Well what a fantastic start we have here. This yes complex process is IMO now just about underway. A few more bits and pieces to iron out and the starting gun will be fired. Absolutely fantastic potential is on the horizon and yes it is deliverable. Thanks you QED board for getting Cargill signed up, the path is becoming brighter and clearer. I look forward to the upcoming news and the years ahead.
