One big positive about the `no news` is the volume generated again. Gives the potential re-rate a bigger boost IMO if many of the `sellers` around have been cleaned out. This is only going one way in the short/medium term. Yes warrants etc will be exercised but always any more attention that generates news and extra volume will always go down well. Hopefully lots of RNS info soon to back up and deliver the potential here. I for one think the company `knows` but just is not able to say quite yet. Maybe next week?

At the end of the day if anything is done before the AGM then that would be great and no doubt change the mood. I for one now am looking at giving Peter for myself until the end of Q1 next year before reducing my holding. I liked the recent IMC and have to at least give him 6 months or so. The team is now I believe set for the future, can Peter deliver it. IMO if he can`t then I am not sure who can! As discussed many times before the potential is here in spades in many areas but the company just needs that final surge to get over the last line. Time failures in the past will always be against the company unless there is a complete change of deal structure. It was mentioned by Peter of the differences we must see going forward. Lets see if his 2 months for MSC comes to fruition, lets hope the tumbleweed is kicked into the past. Fingers crossed that actually 2026 will be the year for QED!

Peter has also got the experience and knowledge in areas in spades compared to our current team which should IMO actually get these items and more over the line much quicker and more efficient. When he mentioned straight into commercial deal after trial he has no doubt seen many gaps in the business execution we currently have. Very happy now and looking forward to the next few months

Everyone out there can benefit from our availbale fuels, environmentally and economically. What is not too like. However we have been struggling for years to get a commercial concrete deal signed and delivered and fuel into production. Like has been said many times before, the time is now. Lets just hope that `new` Peter can talk and deliver. The next year for me is either boom or bust. I really hope it is boom. Looking forward to this IMC, lets hope we all come away from it with renewed hope that a new era is just around the corner. Good luck all.

Thanks Vince 👍 as has been discussed the whole area has great potential and would hopefully follow a domino effect if they can get a few turned into commercial deals. Hopefully someone has jumped into the job advertised and can make the future very bright indeed!

Come on Vince, did they tell you when the signatures would be signed then 🤣🤣. Let’s hope our new man hopefully is on the next IMC call and is going to explain how he is going to put a rocket up the backside of certain customers who are just plain ole dithering! As always actions speak louder than words but I certainly am looking forward to the next 6 months for actual progress and not just chat. Lots to still look forward to if it can be signed away!

I guess those who are shorting the stock have been caught out by the RNS, we have a long way to go to get back up towards the pre fund raise 8p but we need this followed up with the other projects advancing forward and not static. Lets hope the team can provide another update in the not too distant future!

Great news today, well done team QED. Great operational sucess over the pond, kust shows what can be delivered with a positive potential customer who wants progress! Great news again that the test was succesful with the MAN engine, basically as we know the fuel works. We now need the team to go into marketing overdrive. Hopefully new addition Peter next month can help get this message across globally that this is a cheaper and more environmentally friendly fuel, what is not to like. Hopefully there were some others around the test who have taken note but all we can do is wait and hope the team can move this crucial next stage into a commercial contract. We need more like Sparkle and maybe remove Morocco. Come on QED lets keep moving forward and lets hope from next month we pick up speed.

At the end of the day, talk is cheap and actions will speak louder than words. Waiting game is still on and remain painfully slow IMO for MSC and Morocco, they really do need red lines drawing at some point as cost burn is always going to be there with idle kit. As for Sparkle, it could be our only chance of remotely seeing any form of income but it is still going to be painfully slow IMO and then if / when kit needs to be installed where what and who will be our customer. The complete lack of eggs in the basket has always concerned me but what else can we do? Only time will tell but again it has been said many times before and no doubt in the future, things have to change but I doubt they ever will. I wonder if they do get a new CEO will it happen!

Hopefully a very solid RNS is in the pipeline to generate a very high volume day, no doubt on the horizon but to generate a rush to the £ then sellers need clearing out quickly. So much hopefully positive news to look forward to it's just a case of what and when. Patience required but the move could come any day now 💪

Unfortunately we will have to wait for MSC and Cargill to sign off just when they are good and ready to go. Doesn't matter if we have a CEO or not they are fully aware of everything and ideally it should be imminent. I would think if it is signed off soon then there would be many people jumping for the job knowing fine well where the massive future lies. Just hope these world events don't make more excuses for delays etc

Yes hopefully Jason and Andy can maybe bump into the MSC reps and just remind them or say remember us! Hopefully some Cargill peeps kicking around as well, yes it would be so nice if they could be put into a room and not let out until all signed up and delivered. Anyway it's another opportunity to get the potential across, as time is ticking on also I hope urgency is increasing for others to keep their cost base down and environmental credentials up! Let's hope Q3 is better than Q2.

Yep it is truly amazing how good our fuel is for the shipping industry, its potential in various areas, environment etc . Yet we are still twiddling our thumbs waiting for a couple of contracts to be signed. I really wonder if any other shipping outfits have approached lil ole QED to maybe want to have a cheeky test of the fuel but have been knocked back due to workload. We have got a sign agreement with MAC2 so maybe with a few million we have we should bunker our own fuel 🤣 only joking. Anyway who knows how long this is going to take with all the global events kicking off right now. Time to really switch off, put this away and wait for the next RNS notification, not sure it will be this month but hope to be proved very wrong on many fronts!

Over the last few decades has any political outfit shown any logical plan for the future of our country especially for energy independence? Highest cost of energy for a so called developed nation. We now may see the Middle East send oil prices extremely higher which will knock on to inflation, cost of living etc etc. All those renewables available but not connected to the grid, energy under the ground and available but no no, winter fuel fiasco etc how bad do things actually have to get before someone actually delivers common sense. Here we have little ole QED who could make such a change in many ways and yet still stuck in the ice because no one can be bothered to realise the future because the sense of urgency of change is not there.

Well let's see what the next few months will be on a global scale, come on QED let's gets something rolling please.

No sugar coating 24th March

Work is now well underway to prepare the Quadrise trial equipment ahead of installation and commissioning at the MAC² terminal in Antwerp, Belgium in Q2 2025. In parallel, bilateral agreements between Quadrise, and Cargill and MAC² respectively, are expected to be concluded soon.

3 months later

The expected bilateral agreements between MSC and Cargill, and Cargill and Quadrise, to initiate the commercial-scale marine trials are now in near final form and are expected to be concluded soon. Following signature, the trial equipment will be installed and commissioned at the MAC2 site in Antwerp, ahead of the commercial-scale marine trials commencing in Q3 2025.

So here lies the frustration from I would guess many LTH’s yes it’s outside QED’s control but management of expectations and timelines really needs to be addressed.

The fact is there is nothing to say that we will not be in this same position in 3 months from now. The documents in near final form, how long away from final form then, how long before MSC and Cargill can give the final nod. What happens when the next global events change and push QED further down the line. Has any kit been installed at MAC2 yet? Is that waiting agreements to be signed? As for Morocco, wow 😮. Only positive for me is that hopefully we will see a power trial in Panama next month and that will hopefully lead to bigger and better opportunities. The rest including UTAH is a big waiting game. We have a beast of a product here but we need to get the ball rolling now while the iron is hot. Things will change soon and it would be a massive let down if this doesn’t start moving sooner rather than later.

AKHM did you read the RNS? It states a start in Q3.

There is no good news in that RNS except the fact that nothing has been cancelled yet. If with Sparkle kit is onsite then why more than another 3 weeks at least before test start, Morroco not unexpected but really! Utah ! As for the MSC Cargill majors, depending on where we lie there really is not much to be said or done but we just have to wait. That wait could be going on for a very long time, history is repeating itself time and time again. As ever the potential here is huge but the happy will certainly have to wait until they actual put something into action. As always talk is cheap and action speaks louder than words. We sadly must be patient but apart from the fact all is still in play, we could be sat here in 3 months waiting for the next business update.

As mentioned the biggest problem lies within LSE itself, I have unfiltered and will just report posts as misleading or disruptive to try and get the individual a ban. Its behaviour is worrying but LSE will be happy with its hits for cash revenue from advertising. We however will get an update either positive that the next sailing will use our fuel after hopefully a very descriptive RNS hopefully giving us meat on the bones as to how the MSC and Cargill agreements will fill out. These to me are more important than the actual trial as we know the fuel works. As to when it appears, who knows. What can we do, nothing. Simple wait yet again for the next RNS, when or what who knows. But if everyone reports SC and it can be banned for a while we can have a peaceful board with simple chat until the RNS arrives! Hopefully one way or another an update will be before month end , if not we will get another with new guidance!

Others have put it better than I can but HF you have made a pathetic comment showing up that you are no doubt even more pathetic than what your posting shows. Jason IMO has done a fantastic job positioning this very small company to where it is now, dealing with no doubt huge issues well outside of his control to just try and get the products he has delivered to market. He is even brave enough to see where he needs to be for the company to grow stronger and better, so a major thanks from me and just hopefully we will soon enough be on our way. As for you and the green box, how about you get a life and be thankful. I am sure Jason will love moving forward and not have to deal with the likes of you and rampcheque.
