Nearly all of companies with large debt cant survival as thier assets cant sell at that value. Event now they much borrow more money to keep thier in working so it work out.

If you check all public companies with large debt they will let them off and buy them with very small amount of money instead put more thier money to help keep company alive and helh shareholders.

The true is this company play monkey on Financials as they didn't disclose all this tricky to shareholder vie RNS but all discovered when they need to make a small goup of shareholders . what abount small shareholders know nothing untill now? They got over 300k so they will go for 6 months without place new shares . That is good and in that time if they can strike a deal we dont need to that is good return. high reward low risk for me.

A company with no debt , still making profits and paying dividend then what are you looking for? All of the bads news are out of date then from now it will growths as more income from this year timeline. How many shares don't matter as long as company have income and so low capital it will be very safe to hold this share as they got money on place to keep this company over 9 months time.
