They said on 27 last month to complete but it was delay so they need public a RNS to explain why it is delay to shareholders . as everyone want to know not only me.

Auditor need infor from company and they dont mess around with regulations and law so if they cant finish 18 months ago they will never finish.

Company cant say it will finish on the 20th February 2026 but today they keep quiet then nobody know its account can public or not . that is not the way company operating as they event cant keep Thiers promise.

90% peoples lose thieves money on share dealing and 10% take that money and run away . that is why now exCEO can have a good holiday and enjoying sunshine somewhere but shareholders of this company hope and dream this return to trade so they can sell whatever price then run away . things are not away work on that way and when they lose thier money it become hard to get it back .

They think it go multi bags in very short of time but only company know for sure it is true or tell lie to let peoples jumped and let them hold full of hopeless.

2024/2025 company in suspended so it didn't have much activities then no office , no staffs . inly some directors so why does it take so long to complete? Onky take 3 hours to fill everything but the main points company dont give all infor so auditors cant finish thier job. It is not new but years ago if company not supply all infor it will never finish.

What do CEO promise on account ? Easy talking than done . Auditors must follow the regulations and law . if they can pass account audit they have done it by now as company dont have many things to work on . but the main thing they need clear explanation all the expensive and fund with moving assets infor . that infor need supply from company and if company cant give it to them how can they pass account audit?

Yes I agree with you . if someone kill many peoples as hr try to hold his power that should be more scared than as he will does whatever to get his things. Killing him is full justice.

Real investors dont let other peoples on public take thier money away . We never see or talk to CEO how can we give to him all saving money we got so now we cant get it back? Thinking about intelligence to investment in shares dealing but in fact we are foolish enough for long time .

How can auditors pass account if missing infor from company? This company have many time in its life missing infor so auditors couldn't pass account so as long as comoany cant supply requested info auditors never pass its account. If they can pass easy it never been suspended at all .

There are rule and law auditors must follow they cant by pass it or they will have trouble with authority. Forget it on Monday the BoD and CEO know very well shareholders love to hear account pass and return to trade but now it is out of thier wishes and nothing they can do .
