The reasons for the SP being suspended and trashed are simply because they borrowed money that they couldn’t pay back, they literally ran out of cash because nobody would give them any more and they have no meaningful revenue.

That’s a different question-about shareholder value.Its pretty clear the two protagonists don’t scrub up for other reasons.

So you have a choice-stick with the current and stay alive or go with the two opportunists and lose the lot.

The third choice would be for the current board to freshen up with a couple of decent non execs

I think it’s time for the auditors to stand up here-the balance sheet WIP needs serious impairment.
