I’ve just looked at my emails and see that the deck for the £4m was issued to me in mid June 2023.At that juncture, Arena held all the cards and frankly the raise was stacked in Arena’s favour to get them out of jail.I made my position very clear-Arena need to convert as part of any fundraise.

Meanwhile Joe, you plough your own clueless furrow.

In summary, this company was uninvestable from June 2023-and here we are.I very much doubt there is any subplot.

By the way, I didn’t invest at IPO due to the extensive and heavy liabilities atttached to the IP-you should read the Prospectus at IPO for more info

I repeat-AMTE tried to raise £4m for about 7/8 months.Myself and many others pointed out to WHI that the convertible made cash injection impossible and by the time they sorted that issue out, the genie was out of the bottle.

Meanwhile you continued to spout your ‘trust me’ and bile rubbish in equal measure.It should be you that is investigated for your ridiculous ramping
