We should see more visibility now with funds and fund managers this could only get better still plenty of news due with otakikpo, one can only see upside at current levels.

Couldn’t agree more woody we have a hostile takeover in the works at the very least very least we should see a takeover at a premium from current price the question remains how much ? I believe we will get an offer let’s hope we can hold it of longer cause if we can fend them of then the value hear remains incredible. I am talking 30-40p otherwise we will be taken over 10p if that clearly the mms are working with the party concerned to suppress the price the question remains if the ceo can release news that the market makers can not surpress and also if the buying volume increases from PI than they may be forced to let it go. Considering we have come this far I think that seplat is the likely target and I think Allan Gray is the party involved and probably trying to acquire enough holding for a takeover so if a bid comes in they will vote in favour of it it would be a quick return on their investment. Just a theory but I can be far off it

What’s different is that with this drill is they have managed to take to cores of 10m each which will help assess the porosity and permeability of the the reservoir. Even if this does not flow it will give us better drill targets for the remainder 3 drills in tapi aike

There is 2 things that can happen with LEK either we get taken over on the cheap like 10p or we manage to hold of a takeover and start to see full value 20p+ and beyond. Either way it’s and upside to current share price and a bargain. I have always said anything below 5p I am willing to accumulate it would not surprise me if we see some additional news in the first couple of weeks of Jan. They are making considerable headroom in procurement and contracting of equipment and the finance sign off will happen once everyone is back from annual leave on the week beginning the 6th January.

It may drive up interest in Brazil as there is quite a lot of drills happening in and around our block in 2020.

Santa Cruz Sur - spud date this week should see some decent momentum

Judging by my experience they have found hydrocarbon bearing reservoir, and the elevated gas shows mean that the gas could flow through to the surface could flow to surface without stimulation even if stimulation is required the question remains whether it can flow in commercial quantities. Fined grained sandstone means that the reservoir is hydrocarbon bearing it looks good in my opinion and they remain quietly confident in its potential.

Investments in Nigeria oil and gas sector hotting up once more. Would not surprise me if we expect a deal soon on our financing package and perhaps even partners in opl 310. Watch this space......

I wouldn't be so down beat, CGC has a brilliant track record of 85% when it comes to drilling and well success rate plus they seem quietly confident in throwing additional funds in well testing.

I am hearing chatter that we are close to transformational news which is imminent, fingers crossed it's a farm out deal that gets us going again.

Well said WT we are due a strong re-rate and CGC have a success rate of 85% in drilling success remember CGC were happy to take our 30% additional share our tapi aike they must feel fairly confident in the data they have examined and hence happy to take the additional percentage and costs of the well. I reckon CGC and ECHO are quietly confident and hence they are doing the flow tests
