Even after a raise, the date of the IPO can be delayed if the market goes down heavily because of worldwide political turmoil.

Very possible the IPO may be delayed due to political turmoil caused by Trump. The market is very fiddly at the moment.

Maybe so every time he does a raise at a heavily discounted price the SP goes down by approx 50% - that’s what usually happens based on the past price action. Let’s hope he doesn’t do this again.
