George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
If not enough votes then Ygen SP would crash. It is still holding at 0.5p
It’s been a shocking 12 months for the majority of shares!
A small win is part of a ripple effect leading to the bigs ones. Looking good for Microsalt.
Spread has always been sporadic - it’s all about timing and supply/demand.
What RNS? We hardly saw one in the past couple of years apart from the standard ones such as year end report, AGM etc.
Halted in France 10% up - didn’t expect that after a good rise yesterday. Looking like another good day today 🙏
Good day, rise sustained. Let’s hope it stays that way from now on. We should hear progress news about ygen shortly.
Not necessarily easy game for government against the uk companies - the government lost quite a few court cases recently. #eggs-on-your-faces-coming-dhsc

I believe there will be director buys when the ygen takeover is completed with new directors joining from ygen at some point in this quarter barring any new rival bids (unlikely in this current financial climate). New BoDs, new era and dare I say, permanent CEO. Let’s see. I can foresee a slow SP recovery followed by hopefully a positive dispute resolution…GLA.
Most of us will mute you, miserable b*gger
Fed up with you moaning constantly d.monies. We are in the brunt of a bear market. Put up or sell up. Most of us LTHs are riding this through as we all know the bulls and bears come in cycles. New investors/those averaging down are in for a bargain, no doubt about it.
Which telegram group is this out of interest?
I didn’t bother voting but I will vote in the 2nd with no to the majority of resolutions. Time for the BoDs to eff off with zero pay rises/compensation.
I don’t trust them. They allegedly fiddled with the votes last year to force through the resolutions. They will do it again this year. Did we find any evidence of vote rigging? I think not.
On the other hand, I believe bell has hit the bottom and the only way is up. Too soon for TEK to offload bell
Beyond ridiculous these sellers for the SP to drop under 12p - potentially selling at a loss and the NAV is currently 31p or thereabouts

Outlook: TEK’s current share price is ~12p, translating to a market cap of ~£22m, ~52% lower than the reported NAV and ~55% lower than the current NAV (including the placings post year-end). There has been a great deal of commercial activity at each of the portfolio companies since year-end, creating additional upside in the potential return to investors over the reported NAV. We continue to rate TEK a Buy.
