Hi jolly - you've just found one. £3k at 31.74 is in my share account today (outside my ISA) looking to sell at 50p+. I'm looking at a quick buck without compromising my CGT too much. 31p will look silly in 12 months time!!

Its possible that a Thursday morning decision there could result in a 0700 Friday RNS? They are a couple of hours behind us.

Fox has an excellent product but currently there is no financially viable way of transporting it to the buyers destination. As the quarries approach the winter shutdown we have to look forward to say next March/April. If freight rates have dropped by then to an acceptable price to the buyers then all is well but if not we are totally reliant on the processing side of the business which again are reliant on freight rates to export the goods.

You would think the opposition lawyers will do all they can to delay matter in the hope Fox will fold. At the moment I think it is just certain shareholders that are bankrolling the litigation. I do wonder if there will be a specific fund raise aimed at the rank and file shareholders though?

Which test is best has now come down to cost. I expect the general public will choose the cheapest. The PCR revenue was welcome but I think will now take a back seat and our future is with the 'core' products.

I can't say I'm to disappointed as I've posted before that I prefer us to be engaged in relatively niche products where we have a clear, and sometimes a unique advantage, rather than competing with a whole range of other companies. NIPT was the original attraction for me and the merger with Elucigene and Genomic services were examples of the intention to develop niche products into new markets. To YGENs credit the covid-19 distraction was well handled - maybe a little slow to start with but an excellent finished product. I just feel we're getting back to our major real business. Onwards and upwards!

Probably even closer than touching distance! At the beginning of September there was an indication of a contract signing during that month by the actual customer. However it's the bureaucratic process that goes through the hands of multiple agencies that sends stuff back and forth that eventually, in spite of itself, gives the green light!

I'm not being pessimistic but I'm not to certain how much impact Connecticut with only 3.5 Mill population will have. it's definitely a small percentage of our rising total gambling population. Welcome of course but not that big a deal?

Re Canada, This is obviously a big deal but is going to be some months away from revenue as the first few months will be free to play anyway. Probably will take us into the 2nd half of next year to see any meaningful revenues. Once it does get going it will be important but definitely a slow burner.

Both are obviously good news and will contribute to our rising revenue rather than be game changers.

36p in my ISA and 27p outside - did a primary bid top-up in April '20 at 25p. I was actually referring to company profits. Revenue is picking up across the board and we've still got over 5 months to year end.

Er - it's actually 2 and both are over 2 years - but maybe, just maybe, one at least has actually be signed! If not expect an SP fall. However even 1 would get us past breakeven!

I agree Kidlington. In the last three years the shares have ranged from 4p to 10p and are currently at 6.5 which is pretty much halfway. I can't see how that is evidence of P & D from an LTS! As you say KingHolmerJ probably a waste of time responding. If there's much more of EOTT's unsubstantiated rants then fore me he will become the long green box!

Hi bestintoen, The Trading update said a large US based manufacturer so hardly Halewood. It also said further progress in the next few months.

I've mentioned before that I think that the consequence of 13 years of testing with airbus and the 8 years or so with Leonardo coupled with the testing that HDD itself commissioned from independent Labs seems to have shortened customers testing times. I was quite surprised that the current Gas Turbine order was in fact announced as a production order. it may well be a bit of an evaluation exercise but at 200k that's some 5% of last years revenue.

Hi Secularist. You're quite correct re investment but we've only 58 Mill shares and a high margin. A token divi need not be expensive. Many PI's and II's will only invest in profitable dividend paying companies. A divi puts us on the radar of a whole slew of new potential investors which should ensure a higher share price anyway?

Hi AL180. I totally agree that the acceptance of new technology is the main cause of delay which I covered in my post. I think it's fair to say that we do have now (at long last) have a wide range of interested potential customers. With the current production gas turbine order and the imminent anticipated airbus tier one order to come I believe we now have not only interested potential customers but, importantly, we are actually converting them to sales!

Hi Threeskins, the article mentions possible multiple sites. Not to sure why YGEN is not involved?

Just been reviewing the last half year results and the consequent RNSs. Revenues for full year '20 and '19 were some 5 Mill. If you look at the position we are now in with vastly improved premises and more reactors we obviously have the capacity to really improve on those revenues. I'm looking at the progress with airbus and their suppliers since then and the newer gas turbine blade production order just received. If you couple that with the other testing and developments as in the updates then we are in for a record year. Depending on costs and possibly more reactors to order then there a real danger we might actually make a profit!

It would appear to me that the dozen years or so testing with airbus and the 7/8 years with Leonardo are time scales that belong in the past. EDF and the steam turbine blade testing may well be a year or two away but the other applications seem to come on stream much more quickly. Maybe perhaps it's because of the long years of testing and the track record we've built up.

Anyway profits for this year and divvy's the next?

Yes Radius, the whole thing is a bit of a mine field! SAG is going to be the dominate factor now. For me the acid test will be will David Lyndsay stay? He's no mug, if he thinks he will be allowed to be in charge to turn things around he will possibly stay but if he thinks he will be cramped by SAG's own perhaps different agenda he will be off. I wouldn't blame him at all. I hope he stays as I have confidence in him.

If Financial Advisors decide what is worthy of a full RNS and not the company itself then could the company unilaterally use Reach instead? I'm not certain of the different criteria.

Thanks for the link Alocasia, Jim Ryan is indeed a heavyweight on many BoD's and the fact that he is on our board speaks volumes for A) our ambitions and B) for his faith in the business for him to accept a role in such a small operator . My heart says no takeover and lets see just how far we can go. But my head says that's probably not going to happen. However it goes it will be interesting and profitable!

Hi Roger - I think you're going to get some jam on your bacon! It is very encouraging that order increases are across the board. O & G is always going to be reactive to energy prices but our new markets are much more stable. Good level of cash and increasing orders mean to me that as we need to expand in our current facilities we have the wherewithal to do so. The question for me is:- will we make a maiden profit this current year?

Your quite right Richie- delivery is due. Unfortunately for us the customer dictates the timing. Fortunately for us, like buses and policemen, three will come allonge at once!!!
