2 You told Punter he was had his facts wrong when he was right that non-binding offers had been received. So you're wrong, again.

1. No "deadline" was issue so cannot have been missed ( just said it would be after AR was issued - you have subverted the statement with your emotionally charged narrative.

2. Punter was referring to the RNS where non-binding offers were confirmed to have been received (though nobody know exactly what the offers were).
