As far as I can see, the "15% to the Russian Gov" condition is separate to the '"sale price no more than 50% of asset vale" condition.
If we can find an article that can confirm the 50% asset value no longer applies that'd be great?
I'm told if you did not use you CGT allowance last year, you can use the too - so that would mean profit above £18,300 (£6k for this year £12.3k previous tax year), but would have to be before end of this tax year.
CGT payable on gains of over £6000 now then? (Was £12,000).
DB1 - I think, any profit (sell price minus the price you paid for your shares in the first place) above £6k is taxable at 28%. Though I'll check this understanding with an expert (the Wife).
Clearly very knowledgeable. However, 800 posts since 2020, but 200 odd of those in the last month and a half.
Apparently made a killing here (presumably under a different moniker as they would have to have been here way before 2020).
Got sleeper account written all over it? Possibly previously Rowka was their pumping moniker (he disappeared about the same time Mr Pants showed up)? Whatever, my view is he's a wrong-un.

Hi Lenoman, Del is just a ball of snarling anger these days. Could have just said that Yellow Jersey are the PR company referenced after SP Angel right at the bottom. (I had to read it 3 times to see wgat they were on about).
It was nothing to do with info within the body of the RNS.
(Sorry to hear of your incident yesterday - it must have been hard to deal with?).
B1ll - on Nov 3rd, amongst other negativity, you were berating and belittling Mac and Tilly, and claimed there had already been a no sale RNS (though I think that was just a poor attempt at humour but nevertheless portrays a negative outlook). You then cosied up to Toffers and BFL - then very shortly after announced you had had a punt. I'll let others decide how to label that behaviour for themselves.
Your're obsessed with there being a BRC, yet the only evidence of boiler room activity in the last 2 or more years (based on the SP) would be a de-ramping crew of which, no doubt, you're a member?
Good luck to anyone genuine.
GM - thanks for the apology on B1ll's behalf. For myself, I'll try and resist a gloat if a decent offer materialises but, Iif I were to loose everything, I guarantee I won't turn into a rabid troll like so many seem to have.
Anyway, not sure B1ll's been proven right about anything yet, however, my point was he was buying whilst spouting negativity. And he won't be the only one.
Gorging himself on schadenfreude, feasting on the misfortune others, getting off on I told you so's.
It was only a couple weeks ago he was buying (and it's worth noting he was just as negative the day he bought).
Marry Christmas all holders.
Far more 'de-rampers' than 'rampers' on this board.
De-rampers day, after day, complaining about rampers but, where are they!? You could argue EUA was ramped up to 42p, but Rowka took the money and ran over 3 years ago. There are still a few of us hoping the gamble works out, there are a few who are convinced the sale will be by year-end, but I don't think anyone is actually ramping (golden tickets, £3.50 SP, etc.) any more.
Derampers on the other hand, say it's 'univestable', 'going under', 'definite, imminent placings' (for well over a year).
If there are any rampers here, they're nowhere near as good as the de-rampers - i.e. 42p - 2p shows the de-rampers are dominant here.
Not that any of this matters. The only thing that matters is whether you are comfortable with your reasons for, and level of, investment.
