So far, no offers have been shared with us, or deemed material enough to put to a shareholder vote. However, certain posters love to twist this to claim there were no offers during FSP - there were and that fact was RNS'd at the time(though it did not include details about nature of the offer).

I agree with Chess in that I don't care if a webinar takes place this year. I'm only interested in hearing from the BOD if there's an offer they want to put to the vote. Apart from that they can remain silent for all I care.
