@cryptochump101 - RNS 14th Jan 2020 is what you're looking for?
"Since launching the Formal Sale Process on 1 July 2020, Eurasia and its advisers have engaged with a wide range of parties, and have to date received non-binding offers in respect of both a possible acquisition of the Company as well as other transaction structures."
Cheers.
Richard98, STFU! Your very first posts under this new moniker were about the BoD's "can kicking" and "fat cat saleries and you've not stopped since.
Maybe you were supportive of the BoD under one of your other/previous identities? Who are/were you?
Calls, this is AIM, it's the Wild West. Our investment may come good it may not.
It's possible, as has been suggested again today, that shareholders could trigger an EGM, and publicly flog the BoD, and hire a new CEO for not deliveribg on our get rich quick scheme. However, I doubt there would be anywhere near the level of support for that, mainly because it's stupid idea.
Also, with respect to Tesla, all the evidence suggests, that shareholders of Tesla and X, have zero control over what Musk says or does? :-)
"Richard........switched to deramp mode....sewer rat" - Whatchoo on about B1ll? He's always been a de-ramper (not to mention anti-vaxxer) since he made up his new persona late last year. For some reason, when he looks in the mirror, he doesn't see the sewer rat staring back at him? :-)
Are you still riding he1 B1ll - I see this morning it had done 1000% in 5 days - just shows swings like that are entirely possible in AIM, despite what some have said on here. When you do cash out he1 - are you going to consider sticking any back into EUA?

Pretty easy to see who's really angry Let1tbe. :-)
"tread, aubery, herbie , yourself, wolfie , spikey, tdt etc and the rest who imo literally have called it right on every turn."
LOL - literally none of them existed when this was on the up so there's no way of knowing how they called it. Hilarious.

I did join the Telegram Group years ago but didn't really bother with it (only cos I didn't like the interface) - gotta say though, they seem to have an excellent filtration system!?!
Only trouble is, they end up here spending their lives illustrating exactly why they were banned from there. :-)

I'd love it to be multiples of 10p, but if the majority holders bought for an average of say 5p, than 10p has every chance of going through?
Though PI's (HL, Barclays, etc. nominees) appear to account 33% or more?
In the event of an offer ever being received, it seems to me a given that the SP high of 42p or more would be voted through in an instant? At least everyone would win to a greater or lesser degree, and while some might still want to stick out for more, I think hey would be in the minority, certainly in terms of holdings?
But, what do we think the lowest acceptable price/divi would be? Not what you want, expect, or would accept, but what price would get voted through?
What, I wonder, is the average paid by the majority holders, the ones with the deciding votes?
B1ll stop panicking about your boiler room buddies getting picked-off one by one. :-)
You know, if they stop getting the attention they crave, they'll create new monikers and reinfect regardless.
Anyway, I thought 'narrative' was something that progresses a story? Saying the same thing over, and, over, and over, again is just brainwashing.
