Ok CTC, I know that's what someone was saying, and if true, fair enough. I didn't attend the AGM. Did you, and got to hear it first-hand? I'm not claiming it wasn't said, I was just providing what was RNS'd. There seemed to be confusion as to whether it was 'non material', or 'non-binding'? I would think it was perfectly acceptable to describe a 'non-binding' offer as a 'material' whether or not it was acceptable to them?

Don't take it the wrong way but I'd like to see for myself so, if anyone has a link to the AGM minutes, or a recording that'd be handy? .

Hi Wolfie, don't know anything about the phrase 'no material offers have been received', which was what ctc and others were saying. All I know is that 'non-binding'offers (plural) WERE confirmed as received by RNS (14th jan 2021 I think).
'Non-binding' offers are 'material' offers. Nobody knows the value of the offers, or, if those offeres were rejected. (The alternatives possibly being that they are still being considered; have conditions that have to be met that are still being worked on; they have been withdrawn either temporarily or indefinitely due to the current situation? Anyone's guess?

It was B1ll who looked up the refining arrangement.

Magnum P.I. wondered whether there would be a problem if EUA received payment for the resulting bullion in Roubles - and this was the original arrangement. I don't pretend to to know, but guess they pay their workers and suppliers in Roubles all the time. Does anyone KNOW if receiving payment in roubles would be an issue? Or if the refinery could perhaps pay them in another currency?

As somebody pointed out the other day (unless it has changed and not been announced?) the refining arrangements for WK have been in place since 2016.

"Eurasia Mining plc (LON:EUA) has agreed a refining contract for its West Kytlim alluvial platinum project in the Urals, Russia.

Ekaterinburg Non-ferrous Metals Processing Plant (EZOCM), part of the Renova Group, will both process black sand concentrates from West Kytlim and buy the bullion produced.

Eurasia will be required to deliver concentrates at greater than 60% platinum to be delivered in batches of not less than 500g.

Platinum refining will cost of 2.75%, payable by Eurasia, while gold refining costs will be 5.5%. Other metals such as iridium, palladium and rhodium will be recovered but are not expected to materially affect project economics.

Metals produced will be sold to the refinery at 93-95% of London Metal Exchange prices and payment settled in Roubles within 5 days."

Wrong Aubrey they confirmed they received non-binding offers (plural).

I think it was announced that they had received "non-binding" offers. Don't think any figures have ever been divulged.

'Target' 80%, based on annual profits, after tax and costs, etc. However, it is not clear whether this is just for regular dividends (if the company is ever in a position to offer them) or, whether it would apply to a Special dividend which I would expect a sale of assets would be classed?

Summit - it's always been 'substantially all' company assets as RNS'd st the time.
