Extrader, what exactly is price sensitive about saying they are nit going to do a share buyback at the moment??? CF stated that in a previous interview and hasn't changed his tune.
You seem to be looking hard at things not to like, relax if you hold things are looking better with the SP (whisper it but we may have seen the last of this seller), if you have recently sold then move on and invest wisely.
But we have developed CHIM data it just hasn't been published yet.
How is it very risky,? Seems to me to be trying to mitigate the risk by having multiple assets working through pre-clinical trials, rather than just one. They will have done thier homework on each asset and will not be spending bundles on the development of each one. POLB is spreading the risk.
Cannot see how anyone can congratulate JP on delivering bad news and then buying shares on the crash, when everyone else has been previously buying without knowing what was contained in the update.
Just like buying before any price sensitive news, Directors should be banned from buying for 48 hours after releasing such news.
Anyway another year and the gravy train grinds on, I did buy a few earlier in the year but sold out again as nothing changes and the price action has dropped back again.
This rides on the PEPR which seems to be decidedly shakey up to now (do you remember the 4 months from submission comment, I think that was even pre-Covid!)
Then the financing and they are obviously struggling with that, going from plan A to plan B and then plan C and back to plan B again. I can't see them getting away without diluting at least some of the costs through the whole Company, rather than the whole at project level.
Good Luck all for 2022.
Trout.
I would say that it was the person who bought those shares last Monday morning at 20.5p, closing out the trade at par....
You mean 'embarrassed', LOL!
Strangely I just thought that Kevin our recent TR1 holder is starting to sound upset with the time delays.... Welcome to the real world Kevin.....New Broker, new PR without any real progress, Hmmm new fundraise???
"optimistic estimate" LOL...
They have 22 days to announce the Half Year Results, so we know they are on the way, if they come next week all well and good, but they have until the end of September to announce them.
A PR company mixing up it's messaging isn't something to worry about apart from if you are paying for them to do your PR.
So I ask a question and you reply with the words of the same Company that thought the ABO CLN was the best deal possible. Forget what they say for a moment and think, the DKE raise is needed before the JV can get debt finance for the rest of the project costs. So it is to be equity based against the DKE listing, another CLN or placing? To raise nearly 4 times the current valuation. Might suggest why they want to try and pump the price up.
Can you explain to me how a financing of nearly 4 times the Company's market cap will be positive for shareholders. It has to be equity based so how will they get it away without massive dilution for current shareholders?
Geoffrey Dart might just get his CLN paid back rather than converted to shares. He could then buy in the market at half the price, however I see him stepping aside. Matt Clare just using DKE's equity to raise against some of Arlington's smaller peaking projects
Have to agree with Blacksheep, not even a token vote against his re-appointment....
DVH, The Directors are mainly based in Australia, probably under lockdown at the moment, they won't be leaving there any time soon, so if you want a meet up with Peter Wale, why not call him.
You aren't digging me out of any hole here, LOL, you aren't very clever are you.
As for the rest of your 'free rider' claptrap, you seem to want to paint a picture, but your response shows a different picture, not so laid back and comfortable as you are desperate to portray.
Always seems to be an excuse with you....
Just waiting for Bitcoin to come on and say how it's all good news and he has £75k to buy at sub 0.35p if it drops that far.
You didn't listen to the other side of the discussion previously, so it's not a discussion, it's just lupi venting his spleen or ramping his book or venting his spleen again...
Lupi,
you are hilarious....You've ignored warnings from others and now you've had this epiphany.
Why don't you put your concerns to the BoD rather than a bulletin board, they are the ones that can answer you, the bulletin board warned you and you dismissed other views as wrong.
Bitcoin, You had said previously you were going to buy if it dropped to these current levels, now it is below 0.4p. I wonder what it will be if it gets below 0.4p?
One could assume that to get below 0.4p something negative might have occurred, so why would you then want to buy then, you could buy at 0.43p now, but have changed your parameters so do you think we are due something more that is negative to drop the price?
Would have been better if they had pressed the shift button so the figure was AUS$3.7m rather than A43.7m
