Believe it or not the current selling isn't enough to interest large IIs, they will want a large chunk and generally at a discount in a fundraising. As that is not going to happen here, you are hoping for something you know is unlikely to happen. There looks to be a buyer at the moment, but larger IIs will want a large share of the pot and they aren't likely to be able to get that in the open market for the lowest prices they want to pay.
Will you just give up and move on, you are toxic...
Moniman, seems to have been caught out lying, the link and video still active.
Can you read? Only I have seen a poster with LSE and another with HSBC both say they have now got their shares live in their accounts.
What are you going to wet yourself about next???
hitthebigtime,
Why didn't you take up the 5.9p offer then? Those that did have been paid for their shares.
That wouldn't fit his agenda...
Moniman, Croft will know who is on the share register, but individual PIs in nominee accounts will not be on that, hence the delay is actually breaking down the total shares due to BSL, HL or ii, by those Brokers into the hundreds of nominee accounts they have that all own a little ORPH at the ex dividend date.
hens10,
Read the RNS again, it's not just using the site as a vaccination clinic, first they will recruit and screen the volunteers, they will also be doing follow up visits over the following months.
This is a medical trial, not a vaccination clinic. It's a little more indepth than you seem to think.
The significant thing is these type of studies/trials are now being offering by Hvivo due to the larger premises and I believe Mo's input. The possibilities for many more are really good (as we won't have a quarantine suite filled up for two weeks). These type of trials are really good for Hvivo as they have ramped up their volunteer screening facilities and have already got a huge database of volunteers. Remember each volunteer has to be suitable for a trial (fully fit, not dispalying antibodies to the subject illness, etc), this takes time and money and Big Pharma would rather pay someone else to do that. Hvivo are trusted as a Challenge study operator and so there are no issues with Hvivo doing these site studies under the same high quality conditions.
and there it is....
Well if you have a small amount of POLB shares then maybe, however I suspect many were talking it down to try and add to their positions lower down.
Will be interesting to see what happens next......
Bubble, I'll wait until you have finished puberty, before explaining how bad your view of investing will be to you through the years....
Croutom,
I think I have forgotten more than you know about SML, so please excuse the reticence to believe what they say, they have been very good at promising loads and f*cking up frequently, they have also changed the facts and made false statements that are then corrected later down the line and yet are they in any contrite? No they award themselves bonuses and keep the gravy train going for themselves. These extensions also give them a few more years or the same MO, unfortunately when you and others get p*ssed off and sell, others will take your place with their rose tinted specs on.
A touch of reality needed here, look at the BoD's form, you wouldn't back them if they were a horse...
$4k better
Bubble these figures certainly don't see them increasing revenues, their cash position is $4 better, but revenues down on the 3 monthly and yearly.
Perhaps rather than slate other posters off, you ought to understand a bit more yourself...
If JP was Boris Johnson he would be hounded for all the lies he has put into RNSs ...Not statutory now and and a reminder of another porkie in there where they mention the $750k forfeit, which they take out now but introduced at one point to sweeten the figures up.
Can't trust them one bit, there might be a run if the PEPR comes through, but see that as a brief trade as they haven't got the nous to get a good deal on the required funding.
Here's a thought, by now they will know the amount of take up of the offer, and the market doesn't, if low take up and they look for more in the market they will want to do it before the market realises they didn't get many and moves up in anticipation...
@ Moniman, You are one sad tw
The truth of the matter is no-one knows where this will go, once the lock in happens. Most people just talking their book.
We know there will be a lot of sellers, but have to remember the recent ORPH sellers' holdings are half of their ORPH size, as 50% of POLB shares were from IPO (someone selling 2% of ORPH, have only 1% of POLB)
I had been buying POLB each month in small amounts and have stopped that strategy before Christmas, but bought the last dip. I have got some dry powder to continue buying after the lock in ends, but as well as not knowing how many will sell, we also don't know how many are likely to buy any drop in SP. Holding long term, so can risk being underwater at the moment, a good amount bought lower would rapidly reduce my average and I firmly believe this Company has a lot to offer, perhaps more so long term than ORPH. I can see ORPH trebling at best, with perhaps one more spin off divi on top, whereas POLB continuing as they are and some success in the development trials could see real multibag potential.
I have considered selling some ORPH to invest more here if the SPs diverge enough....
One of you has been deramping the other one ramping, at this moment in time one of you is more right than the other....
Yes things can change, but for some here a 5 bagger represents getting back to break even, for some it may represent a 5 bagger, but I doubt there are many, most have cut their averages, increased the capital invested and watched it dilute and stagnate further. They will be glad to see breakeven now and really not going to see the things that they dreamt of when they first invested. 5p parties, etc I would imagine many will be hitting the sell button at 0.5p nowadays....
When they are ready...
They have 6 months to do them, but in a recent interview it was pointed out that the auditing took longer than other companies due to Venn being based abroad, so takes a little longer to reconcile audits. It will happen when it does, not sure we as holders need to keep trying to guess when something will happen, as it generally turns from a guess, to an expectation, then a promise and we have invented another stick for the bashers to hit us with.
Bubble, CUSN have just raised at 18p, when the SP was at 27.5p, of course the price is going to drop, however it is rapidly rising again as the funding is key to the Company's future.
