Boom, Zac is PR for DKE, Miriad Ltd got 325k of shares in yesterday's RNS
So as you can see they aren't that expensive, the supposed beauty of DKE was that it had all these long term income investors lined up to finance the build of these projects, the reality today is a death spiral CLN financing.....Not quite the same thing.
o CRCL acquires a 40% interest in the shovel ready 50MW Tring Road gas peaking Project from AE providing material additional exposure to the Company's existing UK flexible energy storage and production portfolio
o Purchase consideration is GBP400k satisfied by GBP150k cash and 12,026,168 new ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in Corcel, locked in for six months, with AE becoming a second cornerstone investor in the Company, alongside the Chinese owned Sinom Group
CLN holders may want to convert some first and then sell into rises, either way they will want it lower for when they convert on a VWAP basis.
Is that figure based over the 15 year period?
Only repaying loans or worse suffering the dilution of all the conversions will eat heavily into that figure.
Have you googled gas peaking plants? Only there are loads of companies chasing the dream and many much larger projects. Have DKE been sold a pup and given the smaller less economic projects by Arlington? Only Arlington JV with CRCL was for a 40% share of a shovel ready 50MW gas peaking project, DKE got two project totalling 10MW that need lots of work before getting to shovel ready, let alone built.
You got the wrong Company Highlights....
At the moment not a lot, however with investment for future development it could be worth quite a bit. Not sure why people need to try and value it now, as it holds very little value as part of ORPH, is being spun out to shareholders and then a listing to raise more capital to develop the assets.
I know it's late but I fell asleep watching Peter Wale, then saw Lupi's soundbites about valuation, watched again and nearly fell asleep as Peter Wale monotoned on, surely there is someone with a spark of personality to do this things. Third time round actually caught the quote, it's almost as if they don't want any excitement about the project.....
DVH, They couldn't mess this up could they? Sometimes wonder if Cornish Resources were it's own entity the valuation would be higher.

See what I mean about those getting mentioned where is Peter Wale for you guys, busy with Mustang Energy? If they miss this opportunity some of them have to go surely?
They are now retweeting about Deep Digital Cornwall, it's all brewing , I think SML might have to do something though, rather than leave it to the Cornwall based guys, South Crofty and Cornish Lithium will get all the noise because they have raised substantial monies recently. Maybe, just maybe, they can attract a decent partner/investor to take the project on, as most have no faith in SML's BoD of doing so successfully.

Can't win eh Prop, post something about an upcoming event that coincides with the G7 summit and the sellers hit the million mark before the buyers. Perhaps Bitcoin needs to talk it up more, LOL.
However the bid price is slowly ticking up each sell, are they working a big buy order at around 0.55p? (bid picking up other buyers having to pay nearly full price, who knows)
Sorry that should be Cornwall's Mining Investment Showcase.
Lupi you assume a lot, not sure there will have been weekly contact, it is normally a case of once the submission is done it work it's way through the system and is signed off or returned with reasons it can't be signed off which need addressing. I tend to agree that we should have heard if it is an outright no, but SML have history in sitting on the bad news and keeping it's owners in the dark.
On the other point you obviously haven't seen Cornwall Resources twitter account, Cornwall Mining Investment event on 10th June https://twitter.com/CornwallRes
Well they're bidding half of that at the moment...
I'll be honest and say that if you have to wait 3 more weeks then you will likely be sorry, as a delay in the PEPR would seem to be on the cards, he used the Q2 timeframe, they are a Govt body and don't have to stick to any timeframe, so if you have to wait to the end of the timeframe given, then it is more likely you will have to keep on waiting. You should really be hoping for it now...
Cornish Metals looking to break out to all time highs, G7 starting this week, Cornwall chosen as venue, hopefully the BoD have planned something to release to coincide, would be a massive wasted opportunity if not. Would certainly show them for what they are if they don't....
"If you don't talk up the shares you are invested in then there is no point being invested ."
I think that is a load of b******s, if you have to talk something up, it probably isn't an investment, some of my more profitable investments have been ones where I was very critical, by questioning my investment and the progress I was constantly able to re-affirm if I still believed in that investment. Falling in love with a share/investment generally ends in tears as the majority perform badly over the long term.
I look in a few times over a week now to see if there is anything that has changed, the only thing I see is Lupi, who was for a long time a big critic of the BoD, but having bought in a few months ago, is now the biggest defender of them and seems to be inferring its long term investors that have got it wrong.
Well I admit I did get it wrong and sold out with a loss the was far, far more than JP's last bonus, however still more than I would have got at these levels. So without wasting too much time, the BoD have kept shareholders from the truth, not been realistic with timescales, underestimated the regulatory processes and been hoodwinked by a con artist (and what is worse were kept on the hook for months without realising it).
A certain poster said in a recent post that ' Mistakes have been made in the past which can be put down to mismanagement through lack of experience,' yet I will counter that these same people have been drawing very large incomes from the Company on the back of their experience, so no excuse.
Hasn't he just seen the real way to make money out of these companies that invest in others, is to be a Director and coin it in with salary, warrants and options for years while nothing happens....
