I don't need to make excuses for them, I'm perfectly happy with my investment here. I never commit more than I can afford to lose not that I particularly want to lose anything. I'm well aware of the risk involved with small pharmaceuticals and I'm happy with the risk/reward possibilities.My average here is under 4p so not concerned atm

They've said they're in talks with big pharm and that hasn't improved the sp but hey if you think it's going to magically improve because they've applied for orphan status!! Maybe they could tell us if the rent is paid 6 or 12 months in advance, that would really get the share price rocketing

It would be a positive if approved but I don't see how just saying it's been applied for is going to make any difference to the share price

And there you go again not relating what I actually said. If you care to revisit my post you'll see I said "we don't know that orphan status hasn't been applied for", we also don't know that it has, and since you obviously aren't interested enough to do a bit of research despite having been pointed in the right direction, it can take 90 days for approval.

You can be sure that the sums involved will definitely be of interest to the fraud squad if they think there is anything even slightly amiss

I'm aware of at least 30 people who have contacted the SFO and/or action fraud including myself, not because I believe there has been a fraud up to now at least, but because I would welcome 3rd party verification one way or another
