Aim4 it doesn't matter what helx or anyone else tells you, you won't be happy until you know folks have lost money (which they'd already written off). You're not invested so you don't understand why people might be optimistic. There are plenty of shares on AIM that I've lost money on, Red Emperor, Cradle Arc etc but I wouldn't dream of trolling investors who have similarly lost money. I'd guess Whisperings answer will be the same as most intelligent people, having written this off 7 years ago ago any return will be a bonus no matter how long it takes,if no return then nothing is lost since, for the umpteenth time of telling, most people have written this off a long time ago

The how long does it take is irrelevant. All the sane people accepted the loss many years ago so any return will be a bonus, why any others are posting here is a mystery

The point I'm making and you're spectacularly missing is that if the SFO aren't interested in what would amount to a serious fraud given the amount involved ( and they would be) it's hardly likely that the brains of Britain on this bb are going to be ahead of the curve. And nowhere did I imply that I am the only investor to have contacted the SFO and/or other interested agencies. I'm aware of dozens who have done so and not one has had any further contact

I'm more inclined to believe that the SFO with their dedicated, professional investigators, are well able to see beyond a few amateur smoke and mirrors tactics when a very large sum of money is involved in a possible fraud., than a few keyboard warriors on this bb. After all, you wouldn't want your gardener sorting out your toothache

I emailed the SFO on April 3rd, that's exactly 20 days ago and I have heard nothing back from them. Rest assured,a $280m fraud would be of great interest to them so the fact that I've heard nothing presumably means that they have no evidence of fraud or wrongdoing

I think the "few hundred million" is probably based on Aussie dollars so maybe closer to a 15 bagger, still worth hanging around for though
