Chance will be a fine thing. Awful trading action today; couldint even hold a 5% rise and managed to close lower than yesterday. This all points to a continuation of the downtrend. Its not an if, but when this will hit 6p.

Majors can just sit back whilst SOLG will eventually need more cash. I'm sure the majors will be only to pleased to partake...accumulation of the company on the cheap. A £20m raise at todays price will give away almost 10% of the company! So all this talk of billions is utter BS if you consider the current situation on the ground.

And what are the board doing to defend against this? F*** all! A franco style deal will wake everyone the F*** up and rustle some feathers when funding is next needed. A fire sale of one of their many gold bearing tenements needs to happen, even if it significantly undervalues it. Anything needs to happen to shore things up as the SP is dangerously low.

Mark my words this will go the way of SXX if current trajectory is maintained. The company is sleepwalking into it.

Seems like that kevin. Perhaps when the RNS lands confirming that flow testing is underway (i.e there are no delays), that will prompt a move. Might be able to squeeze 20 - 30% out of it.

I'm under no illusion as to the miserable past this company has had however. Its a complete gamble on my behalf and have bought an amount that will allow me to sleep well at night, but enough to keep me interested.

Saying that, I cant see myself losing money before flow test results as the SP has not moved from here in about a month now, so this does look like a bedrock SP to me with very little downside risk pre flow test results. For the next couple of weeks at least, risk/reward seems to be in our favour.

The SP to be frank deserves to be this low. There is only 1 thing that will turn things around now, and that is a monetisation event. Next stop 6p, then 5p ect ect until something meaningful happens. No one to blame for this other than the failures of the board to get something to happen here!

This share is like catnip to the heard for some reasons unknown as it always usually ends in misery for those who hold out for results. The 6th annual 88e rampathon is about to begin, so prebook those tickets now for the best price.

At least they are actually flow testing something this time. I do expect this to move up on commencement of flow testing operations and into results. Thats the only reason i am here. How high is anyones guess.

Considering taking a position here in the run up to flow testing. I'll say one thing for 88E, they have always managed to draw in the heard. This time however, the SP has completely flatlined. Has the market become wise of 88E now? You have to wonder.

However, i still think that in the run up to the flow test, when we are a bit closer to the time, the SP will see a rise. I certainly wouldnt stick around for the results however. That seems to be SHs biggest downfall here.

A small punt here IMO, and at this point in time is relatively low risk. I doubt the SP will drop more as it has flatlined for a month now. Looks like i talked myself into taking a position here

Once the independent lab results confirm the find and is on par with field lab results, i'm sure Lorna wil then take the opportunity to let us know in more detail the next steps of development to commercialisation, including hopefully financing the project. This is the only thing holding us back now. A JV would of course be best case. A minimally dilutive placement or even an OO (this takes time to set up, but given the interest i believe this could be a worthwile option) would also not be the end of the world here given that when financing path is announced, the Mcap is hopefully significantly higher.

End of this week/next week should see these results in, and hopefully an update regarding how this will be taken forward.

The fact that those placing shares will create a drag on the SP. Ideally, i would like to see all omitted information regarding this discovery BEFORE any fundraise. Also, lets hope there may be an alternative to issuing shares, such as a JV. Surely some players must be taking a closer look at this. They would have to move pretty fast though.

It would be madness for lorna to do a placing given those gas readings before knowing how much gas is in the ground. Lets hope there is enough cash to determine this.

Anyone have any ideas of cashburn here, or can give a decent estimate of how much cash could be left? We can only extrapolate from previous well drilled as to how long £6 million will last. Perhaps this will be my homework assignment for tonight.

IG have been absolutely awful throughtout the entire HE1 rise and throughout the treeshakes. Their execution has gone to the dogs. They constantly go to NT and "market unavaliable" on every drop, dispite other brokers clearly being able to trade! infuriating. I need to find myself a new broker as constantly missing out on getting best prices.

Certainly no sell off ths PM, and UT was significantly above closing. All indicators point to this continuing to rerate over the coming days. This will likely be up AM tomorrow.

We still dont know exactly what we have, so would expect the SP to take stock around the 150m - 200m Mcap range (c4.5p - 5.5p) and begin to consolidate there? That seems a fair value based on what we know this moment in time with upwards revisions contingent on the missing pieces such as flowrates, resource estimates, plans going forward ect.

If that pokey little hovel is in central london, its probably worth far more than all the north combined ;)

I can tell everyone what will be in the new reource update...a s**t ton more gold and copper than previosly estimated. There you go SOLG, saved you the effort, expense and SH dissapointment of issuing yet another useless RNS that the market no longer cares about. To be fair scott, the company were extremely unlucky with Tai. It was cursed from the get go with issue after issue, which was the cause of placing after placing.

At the end of the Tai well, the company couldnt prove definitively what was down there due to issues with basement level. This lead to a much lower He readout than perhaps what could have been if the wirelog were able to measure basement of Tai.

Confidence with the itumbula well after the lets face it, disasterous tai campaign was at an all time low. As such, in order to fund it, the company had nowhere else to turn but the sharks and that absolute disaterous wipeout of a placing. I do however believe the company had no alternative at this point.

This find certainly has changed the company's fortunes. They have now beyond any doubt confirmed He (along with other credits such as nobles) exists in commercial quantities. Placings such as that (should) never happen again as there will be far more options this time. It would be unforgivable, given what they have now found, to place at such a discount again.

Still a few jigsaw pieces missing here such as flowrates, resource estimates, timescales and roadmap to commercialisation, but given how desperate the planet is for the resource, you would think things should progress fast from here, much faster than say an oil or gas field would.

What did she say in that interview that we dont already know? I would have liked to know more regarding timescales going forward.
