@Trenners my hope is that they've been talking to II's who will come in. But many will need to see a dividend ...we will see

Sorry JG you are quite right. Perhaps it will follow shortly in May. Wasnt the second half of the year to be predicted to be better?

@JG -the AGM was far earlier this year I believe so I expect at half year like last year

I did go.

Focus on FCP which is seen as the game changer . Focus on new business revenues with AI at its core. Dividend only when there is sustainable FCF. No specific time period given but if the purpose of the SC to to attract more II's then surely a dividend will be essential to them. Adolpho was a determined man. Lots of chastening comments from the PI's -some had bought at significantly higher levels

Meeting their FCP guidance is their number one aim and feel that is a gamechanger for the share. They are very disappointed at where it is.

Reeves cannot blame Trump for Britain’s downturn, warns IMF

Britain’s growth prospects have been cut by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as it warned Rachel Reeves could not single out Donald Trump’s trade war for the downturn.

The IMF said UK government policies were stoking price pressures and would push Britain’s inflation rate to the highest in the G7. It means inflation in the UK will outstrip the US rate even as the president continues his tariffs onslaught.

While the IMF slashed its growth projections for almost all major economies over the next two years, it said the UK faced “significant downward revisions” alongside the US and that the Chancellor could not blame the setbacks on tariffs alone.
