Sorry- I think this company will come good and that’s my belief . I may be mistaken in my belief. There are plenty of clues. I wasn’t invested here during the Trevor Brown era. Board has changed and the noises being made point in a direction. Might take time but I have lots of that so I’m completely relaxed.

Now if you think the company is going bankrupt then you should get out. Do I think an EGM is a good idea. Not really because if they are looking to do acquisitions they can’t say anything in mid deal. If they are not, they’ve had setbacks which id rather not know about. I do think more communication is required but as I said that might not be advisable or allowed at present

Wouldn’t it be good if the first acquisition was not a “ Significant Acquisition” . That might build the share price for the Significant Acquisition to follow later in the year…or next year.

Was just a thought ….in that scenario the directors options wouldn’t crystallise. Don’t think anyone has mentioned this but it might be a series of smaller incremental acquisitions we do here to build the brand .

Given the most recent rns, if they are doing an SA they can’t say anything …..if there is no SA ongoing then I’d rather they kept quiet than reveal delayed progress.

Micho. I’m more concerned about general rabble rousing over 3m shares. He won’t have made much of a loss if he bought in the 50s . Why now? When there might be an SA on the horizon? Sorry UG but you have been so down on this company that I must admit to feeling suspicious about your motives on this issue.

I don’t see what a bunch of angry minority shareholders will achieve when we are 6ish months into a turnaround, with a possible SA , an exciting JV and other irons in fire which may not have come to fruition in the time period expected by many (meaning there is nothing to report)

I do agree that the remuneration package change took a bit of the gloss off but who here would exercise at 1p and sell at 1.20. I wouldn’t. The financials are coming in June. That’s only 3 months away now.

Micho stop being so bloody aggressive. I fully understand that people may be concerned. I’m underwater on this too but I’ve bought into a longer time horizon than most.

If I’m wrong , I acknowledge I’ll be crying into my beer as UG put it but on what I’ve seen and heard so far my view is I’ll be ok. Rest of you should decide what you want to do and go right ahead.

Thanks UG but I disagree with you. Even if you get the EGM what’s the aim…to call them out for not progressing to your timescales, to tell them they are not communicating enough, to tell them they’re duplicitous and threaten legal action . To call for the removal of duffers?

What is your aim? What do you hope to achieve at the EGM? I don’t get it.

Thanks Poor Investor. Has the current board contradicted itself yet? Trust me the minute they do I’ll be ranting and raving.

I too am unhappy with the remuneration change but we don’t know the circumstances as to why this was agreed, although I have my suspicions. If this company folds I’m in for a huge loss.

So I do rather hope some of the things that have been said come to fruition . We may need filters for nuclear radiation pretty soon!

Ofcourse not poor investor. I’m just an average guy with no affiliation to NNN apart from my shareholding, which is significant. I can’t speak for the past I’m afraid because I did not invest during those times.

He has a decent reputation, money at his disposal and some decent tech.

I take the silence as a sign that an SA is on the horizon ….again I may be wrong. He has hired people in in anticipation of revenue increasing…all clues. Bonuses based on a SA. A JV with a decent operator. To me it points in a decent direction of travel

Duffers didn’t take over til September . I’m disregarding everything that had been said previous to that …it’s irrelevant.

They’ve said several months. Strategies are normally based on a 3-5 year plan.

UG - I drafted the email to help anyone who was concerned.

I don’t have the fears others do because we had a strategic review in November, the JV announcements in Feb and we were made aware the strategy was being pursued.

The problem is the communication, not the timeline. There are a lot of people who want a decent quick return or reduce their losses and sell. That’s why the EGM is important to them.

NNN is being turned around slowly. I think we will have some news soon. But ultimately everyone has to do what’s right for them . If there is an SA proceeding you wouldn’t get anything out of Duffers anyway.

Except that if the timeline has moved out say because of what’s going on in Russia (which will have a widespread economic effect) this might make the sp even worse.

Anyway I’ve contributed what I think is sensible in the first instance. How much more powerful would an EGM be if they failed to respond to such a reasonable innocent plea.
