To be fair those child like posters annoy me too. I’m not itk but we have been told this year is about growth. A team is being recruited around this . We have had a repackaging of a remuneration package around this. Duffers will exercise his options at 1p…would he sell immediately after overseeing a significant acquisition straightaway ? Maybe? But let’s imagine the acquisition involves decent revenue with some exciting opportunities to introduce our tech. Maybe with the benefit of a small nhs contract. Contacts could be used to grow that with our tech. He would be crazy to sell when the opportunity is so much more. I think he has hedged his bets here. He is saying if it’s not so successful then I can sell (would have to be disclosed) . If it is successful then I can wait and sell.

Perhaps I’m dreaming . I don’t want to sound like a ramper but I’m just saying what I’m seeing. Although the sp is dropping (I’m upset about this) sometimes you can see the angle. The SA target is key here.

As always everyone should do their own research and make their own decisions.

There is a decent product here for something that is important to society. The questions then revolve around timings and trust. If you can’t wait and/or you don’t trust the word of duffers you shouldn’t be investing but if you can wait and you believe in the story then this is an investable proposition. That’s my take but I’m just one guy with a view on the internet. Investment is hard and fraught with pitfalls .

Nah. I think he thinks it’s attainable but wants his piece of the pie. He would be unlikely to exercise between 1-2p unless a new ceo is to takeover as part of any significant acquisition. If it was me I’d hedge my best. Sell a few every few months after the deal occurs

Why announce the bonus package if there wasn’t something in the pipeline within say the next 6 months?
