Ok I’ve gone back through this myself. He could exercise his 5percent at any time after 1 p is hit. Technically as of yesterday he could have exercised all his options.

Let’s say he has . Let’s say his 5 percent is worth 800 k. (Hope I have that right? ) Do you think this man is here for 50 percent and he is out. I would say not . Just like you and me he is going to want 5p plus. That could set him up for life.

I must admit that I would have like the 3 year condition to have remained (can’t beat til then)

You either think this guy is only here to take as much out as he can and say bye or he wants to build something and turn around things and make a hell of a lot more ? Personally I think the latter

My thoughts are this would be unlikely.

If I Was building a company I wouldn’t call it in at the lowest strike price. They’ll have a call to make too. I’d wait til it was 6 then call it in then sell , no? Or am I misunderstanding?

I don’t feel Duffin is the kind of bloke who is doing it solely to line his own pockets. I think he is genuine about building something fairly decent -at least up to 4p.

I’m invested Sharabel. Bought further decently at the mid 70s level. So I’m sitting on the sidelines for now waiting to see whether my hunch this will take off is right.
