Micho-I’m on the real estate side supporting my corporate colleagues. As such I can tell you deals are dragging

I do them on a regular basis - things just take longer nowadays and it’s the smaller deals which can be the messiest. Just my experience . I’m too polite to tell anyone to shut up.

Personally I hope there is a deal in the offing at the moment.

The RNS was extremely abrupt. I’ve not seen anything like it but as this is my first aim punt , maybe that shows my lack of experience.

What’s your view as to if this gets to 1p again and when ?

In my view, we’ll get a significant JV or a n other contract update before finals in June. I think that will record the sale of all remaining masks there were and some revenue from the conversion. We may get a SA before then and actually if I were duffers I would want that as if his swan song he goes out on a high before any AGM. If there is no SA , I suspect most shareholders will be discontented at that AGM unless JV update and/0r contract update materialises.

Agreed UG but obviously they can’t right now because they aren’t ready to do so. Timing. Timing on the SA , timing on other matters.

I reckon they’ve sold all remaining masks- now it’s about commercialising other products. That takes times as the December and February RNS’ alluded too.

A lot of people called for an update. I said I didn’t want to hear until there was something meaningful .

Ex MS - that’s the kind of RNS I would put out if I couldn’t say further but something was on the horizon

They focus on that alone out of everything else eg development of products , volz etc. personally I wouldn’t have sent this but they felt pressured by shareholders to say something. I understand your view ofcourse

UG - that is a gross misrepresentation . It is reiterating the strategy. How do you know they are not developing products too? Trying to sell existing products etc. You have no idea what’s going on. Fine for you to express an opinion but don’t make it out as a fact because it’s not

To me the RNS says we aren’t far away at all.

Maybe the GB Nano Duffin company is so he can provide consultancy services to Nanosynth after the SA as he will no longer be there. That doesn’t quite fit regarding Him taking over P2P but maybe there’s document P2P have to sign and he will resign in favour of anyone else coming in. Pure speculation

Why should I know it? I invested in the cash and the idea. Normally I invest on improving fundamentals and it worked. Here it was a punt, which I think I’ve mentioned before.
