UG . Thanks for your post but you’ve made lots of assumptions. We don’t know whether heads of terms were agreed by the time of the bonus RNS .

I too have been involved in many transactions and things are taking longer during this covid era. Even if terms were agreed on Feb 10 th, 2 months is not a long time. Things come up, there is renegotiation, standoffs etc. I’m hopeful that the change recently made at companies house is part of the process.

UG . It has been 120 days since Duffers interview. That’s it. For a turnaround company. Progress has been made but 120 days for a new strategy to take hold and flourish is very short. I appreciate each day feels like a year for investors who want to recoup losses and bail.

I hope something positive comes soon for every one’s sake. But we are not particularly living through a positive environment at the moment.
