He could have placed to expand the facility to 100 acres but decided against that , if sales suggested it's necessary, I personal wouldn't be opposed to that . We've got to remember he's in an awkward position because investors might be expecting things RP promoted but he see them as not viable.

I presume investors realise that if the Yanks buy 20% of our stock ,on the open market, that doesn't equate to a 20% rise? I'd like to think it'd be many multiples of that.

In all honesty I doubt it has only being going for a day. It's popularity would have taken time to build. But it's another 2 to add the list so that's a positive IME.
