Our sentiment is affected by right now. The reality is we have taken a hit from the fund raise. Also, the reality is that the government have just announced a £10 billion investment in test and trace. There are 4 covid shares and our's is one. We are ready to go with a best in class product and four other quality tests. We are investing in new facilities. PHE are tendering for firms with the capacity for mass production of cv19 tests. The economy is under massive pressure. This firm is not under massive pressure. It has used the money it's raised to invest in expanding its capacity for mass production. It ain't really rocket science.

I mentioned this yesterday and I know a few investors have picked this up. His humour is so old hat. The best thing to do as Chris says is to ignore them or filter. They want to fill up the board with crap.

No evidence of international consensus for mass testing in unison is there? The US has just announced that they are pulling out of WHO and are busy trying to buy up all available new treatments. In a sane world we might go towards helping poorer countries and ODX are probably going to be offering affordable options. At least our government are already contributing to an EU fund for developing countries. In our interests anyway. Virus don't see borders.

Yeah Gary G on Channel 4 news has just confirmed that the small print on the mini budget has £10 billion for test and trace. Since £3 billion may have been spent already that leaves another £7 billion. So more than we were expecting and we were expecting a massive £5 billion. So my assumption is that all this will be an old nightmare soon enough. If they are approving other antibody tests with less accuracy and less specificity than our's then the argument about the level of cover that antibodies give is also looking pretty redundant. If there is a level 2 seller needing cash it's probably hardly surprising.

Piper, whether the VAT gets passed to the customer or not is hardly the point. The point we are making is whether it addresses confidence. That will depend on a widespread take-up of antibody tests. Therefore related to ODX fortunes in the near future.

Politics Live on BBC 2 now are endorsing the point made by Anneliese Dodds in the opposition response to the budget. Paul Johnson and Laura K saying that if the government don't address confidence a VAT cut in hospitality won't get enough of us out and about enjoying leisure. £30 billion for public sector is said to include £10 billion for test and trace according to Paul Johnson (IFS). They are all bemused as to why this wasn't specifically acknowledged in the speech. Looking forward to more detailed analysis hitting the papers.
